No, that's only for armour headgear, and any of these items can only be charged with combat scrolls. Unburden doesn't work with them.

Ectophial is the key. =O Usually the PKers will first bind, THEN teleblock. All you have to do is hover your mouse over the ectophial. When you suddenly stop and the bind animation plays, click on it. Not that hard. I usually end up in the ecto tower without the ability to tele back to Edge, though. :lol:

I remember, way the heck back in RSC, a high level guy was hanging around the bank asking for 1 water rune. Just one. So, I gave it to him. As I was walking away, he caught back up to me and tried trading with me. Curious, I looked to see what was up. He put a rune scimmy up and accepted. Mind you, I think rune scimmies back then were only obtainable trough high leveled smithers, and I was a noob. This was the most generous thing anyone on RS had ever (and has ever, I think) done for me.
