Update of the top 15 1. Allar (previously Skiller - Aasiwat) : 2,66B xp (+14M). Training his lowest skills mostly these days, focusing on smithing and prayer while still training farming, Allar is on his way to tie Zarfot and Elias for most skills over 50M. Even though he's losing ground to the faster players of the top 15, he has his rank 1 locked for a couple months. Coming milestones: 100M summoning 2. Jdelacroix : 2,54Bxp (+17M). Steady in his training, Jd is not letting the fact he's about to lose rank 2 in XP and rank 1 in skills change his playstyle. Still training dungeon and farming, he also trained some smithing last week. Closing in on his 8th skill at 200M with dungeon, he's also well placed on several skills. Coming milestones : 200M thieving and 200M dungeon (8th and 9th skill) 3. Telmomarques : 2,54B xp (+27M). Still training hunter, Telmo is about to claim back his rank 1 in overall and pass Jd in XP as soon as tomorrow. He will also tie Drumgun for rank 3 in most skills over 100M this week when he reaches 100M hunter. Next step is rank 1 which could happen as soon as mid summer. Coming milestones : 100M ranged 4. Drumgun : 2,46B xp (+9M). Mostly fishing and doing dungeon, Drumgun is also training fletching still lately. He will be challenged for his title of player with the most 200M in the coming weeks. Coming milestones : 200M WC and 200M fletch (10th and 11th skill) 5. Elias : 2,45B xp (+23M). After weeks of very fast training, Elias returned to a more "normal" pace last week training herblore, prayer and going back to slayer. He claimed rank 5 from Elvis last week and joined inactive Zarfot for most skills over 50M with 19. Expect him to pass Drumgun for rank 4 next week. Coming milestones : 100M attack 6. Elvis : 2,44B xp (+11M). Still slaying and training herblore, Elvis lost a rank to Elias last week but finds himself in a position to claim a rank from Drumgun in the near future. His effigy gains help him maintain a very balanced character. Coming milestones : 100M farming and 200M attack (7th skill) 7. Zarfot 2,35B xp. Inactive 8. Tezz : 2,31B xp (+29M). Definitely in the leading pack of XP gainers last week, Tezz has reached 2,3B xp and 200M dungeon for his 8th skill at 200M. Also training fletching and FM, Expect him to challenge Drumgun for most skills at 200M shortly. Coming milestones : 100M ranged. 9. SU O M I : 2,28B xp (+32M). Nobody can keep up with Suomi lately! Still slaying at a 1M xp per day pace, Suomi is raking in effigies and knocking down hours on Thai and Xensure's 200M in all skills calculator. Coming milestones : 100M WC and 2,3B xp 10. Paperbag : 2,12B xp (+10M). Thieving and farming, Paperbag probably told us more about his plans than I'm willing to comment on. Coming milestones : 150M farming 11. Gertjaars : 2,02B xp. Inactive. 12. Kingduffy : 1,98B xp (+9M). Definitely the most unpredictable player out there, the King has trained a bunch of skills last week with much focus on hunter and ranging. Mostly training magic, smithing and crafting these days, Green is bound to stick around on this chart for the next several months . After making his entrance in the top 15 two weeks ago, this self proclaimed nolifer gained a rank from inactive Lan last week and is on pace to pass Green098 in the coming month. He's still hunting for effigies and has trained some herblore also last week. Coming milestones : nothing in sight! 15. Lan : 1,87B xp. I see Dalpedo in the top 15 but not anytime soon. His playstyle makes him gain XP in slower skills mostly. It helps him in getting closer to 200M in all skills, but not get more XP than the competition.

This game is played mainly by kids, teens and young adults. I'm not really surprised by these kind of behaviors we've seen lately. If I had to choose who I would like to see gone, it wouldn't be the efficiency fans (I'll never call them trolls, because there is a huge difference between promoting efficiency and trolling noobs). I'm still praying that the bot apologists find a new place to hang out.

8 No Lifer (previously Skiller 703) has passed Lan for rank 14 in XP. He's about 8M xp away from passing Green098 for rank 13. Tezz should reach 200M dungeon tomorrow for his 8th skill at 200M. Elias could reach 100M attack tomorrow for his 10th skill over 100M.

If a user posts a guide for the community, I have a feeling he gives it to the community. It's the poster's job to keep it updated or let it be outdated.

One of the biggest flaw in the efficiency camp's argument is that everyone use the same XP rates and moneymaking methods (meaning everything is available through quest or items used). Here's an example: I hate powerfishing and when I choose to train fishing, I don't consider it an option. When I choose my training methods, I calculate my time via the options that I make available to me. My efficiency is based on what I decide is worth playing. If I based my efficiency on what would give me the fastest XP/TIME/GP, I would not chat, try out minigames until a perfect guide is released, participate in clan activities, try out seasonal events or even post on forums. I would probably bot too, because my character is not training efficiently when I'm at work. As for the Fun = subjective and efficiency = objective argument... What is the point in training efficiently when the end result for some players is to hate the game and quit? I much prefer to base my efficiency on my parameters than on the average player's parameters.

Elias reached 50M ranged earlier today and joined Zarfot with the most skills over 50M with 19. I'll publish the updated chart friday after work. Tezz has reached 2,3B xp.

I gotta agree with Sockieo here. A player like Suomi was talked about months before entering the top 15. I don't think we should dismiss any discussion concerning future contenders because they have not reached a certain status just yet. On the other side, a player like Foot has several months of training before catching up to the inactives though. I don't mind any player being discussed, but for my updates, "I'll cross the river when I get to the bridge". Just like I'll track TG when he gets closer to enter the top 15.

N0valyfe quit just after Zezima let him pass him for rank 1 overall and XP...about 4 years ago. Never played again I think. On the updates side... Elias just passed Elvis to enter the top 5. He's burned a lot of fuel on the fast skills lately, don't expect him to maintain that "pace" for long. He could reach rank 1 overall and still keep his effigy combos open... stay tuned! A slow week for a top player is a figure of speech though. We all know it means they gain less XP than what they usually do.

Coming milestones : 200M thieving and 200M dungeon (8th and 9th skill) 3. Telmomarques : 2,51B xp (+22M). About to claim back his rank 1 on the highscore, Telmo is still training herblore and hunter. Even though his pace has slowed lately (XPwise...), he's still on pace to catch up to Allar later in the year. Going all out on the fastest skills lately, Elias is gaining ground on every player from the top 5. He reached 2,4B xp last week as well as 100M herblore for his 9th skill over 100M. Definitely seen as one of the top contender these days, the rumor has him ging back to slayer pretty soon. Coming milestones : 100M attack 7. Zarfot 2,35B xp. Inactive 8. Tezz : 2,28B xp (+36M). Even though he lost ground to elias in the last weeks, Tezz has been going at a very high pace training dungeon, FM and fletching. He should reach his 8th skill at 200M next week with dungeon. Still very consistent and still training slayer, Suomi is locked in rank 9 for the next several weeks. Still training farming, Paperbag reached 2,1B xp and 99 in all skills last week before moving to thieving. A little side note of Erw J who left the top 15 last week: Inactive since last october, Erw J used to be in the top 5 a year ago and was at some point one of the player with the most skills at 100M. His rankings in HP, STR and summoning make him a very impressive retired player and unless Jagex lifts the 200M cap, a legend forever.

Hey guys, please remember you're arguying with hypothetical training methods. Not all players will use them and the formula is applied as a floor for how many hours a player with X xp in X skill will need to max out starting today at max rate. Players like Aasiwat will not use the max rate for some skills and will instead choose a more laid back pace at a cost of some XP/hour. What I mean is that the spreadsheet is a ballpark figure and not to be considered as accurate except in specific cases where a player will focus on max Xp rate on a daily basis (I.E. Suomi being one of them).
