  1. Not to be an [wagon], but why don't you just play the game for fun and quit worrying about being efficient as hell. Just slay if you find it enjoyable. If not then go pick a skill that suits you. I personally find slaying to be fun and profitable if done right. If you need to post a thread about it then you must not be enjoying it though. EDIT: I bet your getting slow experience because your on tip.it help&advise while your trying to slay. 100% concentration and piety will speed it up quite abit.
  2. 1) Piety/Turmoil/Cannon/Extreme/Steel Frenzy These people believe that the best way to slay is to use piety/turmoil on every task, repot every 20 seconds, and always use a combat familiar over a healing familiar. Some are very helpful and intelligent (Bladewing, for example), and others are just plain arrogant (my friend Greg- he's a great person when not talking about Slayer). This is me except I don't repot every 20 seconds, and I don't use cannon.
  3. I usually dont give bad ratings but this merits a 1/10. I fail to see a month's worth of work here. If you had fun I guess thats all that matters though.
  4. Whats the point, it only takes afew hours to reach level 30.
  5. Free Rune Defender >35m shield, plus the defense it supplies is not noticable when slaying creatures other than dragons and wyverns. Also get a berserker ring > warrior > wealth.
  6. Spirit shard packs, you'll see them near the spirit shards.
  7. Slayer, farming herbs, mining gold, fishing rocktails, killing daggonth kings, killing tormented demons, god wars dungeon. The list goes on and on and on. The question is what sort of gp/hr are you expecting, and what sort of playing style do you want to use such as very little attention, or a lot of attention required. For little attention, fishing and mining would net you 50-60m per skill if you went for 99. For a lot of attention you could monster hunt and slay for decent cash.
  8. Spirit shields and party hats are something for the higher level and elite players who have nothing else to spend their gp on to work towards. Taking party hats out of circulation would only add more massive inflation to the game, and punish the wealthy.
  9. Read through some of his blog and you'll see he already made a post about that ca2theone
  10. Task 249: 75 Iron Dragons Task 250: 160 Greaters Task 251: 76 Iron Dragons Task 252: 77 Steel Dragons Trying a new slayer log format, let me know if you guys like this type better, I credit Aeil for inspiring me with his blog for slaying/monster hunting. I also have been using extremes and turmoil on every task and must say it makes slaying much more enjoyable and faster.
  11. Turmoil Soul Split Super Antifires Extremes Yak Claws 80 Prayer 99 Range Bandos
  12. I personally find prayer to be more useful.
  13. I've been using turmoil and extremes on every task and it's well worth the cost. I would strongly suggest investing in prayer and herblore before ranged.
  14. http://forum.tip.it/topic/222890-melee-ranging-and-a-slight-diversion/ Formula should be in this guide. It is very helpful for anything related to chinning.

I normally listen to none, or I listen to rock, classic rock, or the new stuff that comes on the radio such as rap/hip hop.
  16. You're going to have people either telling you to camp for money, or do slayer for money and get another skill done in the process. If you one day want to have a decent slaying level then I suggest you start training your combats with slayer, if you have no desire to get slayer xp and only want money then dragons are your way to go.
  17. I would get void then try again. It's worth getting.
  18. Yes, but you get very marginal experience rates. I would rather get a higher level then hunt for the low experience gaining implings. And banking implings below magpie isn't very good money at all. Although banking ones above that is decent profit per hour if you can find enough of them.
  19. Its comparable since she had people run for her and all she had to do was craft runes for a line of slaves.
  20. If you find them you can loot for crowns, or you can sell them for 2m+ on the grand exchange. It all falls upon luck, I would suggest getting close to 99 before hunting implings because you'll just slow yourself down if maxing the skill is your goal.
  21. Chinchompa's are your best bet, impling's aren't very good experience, and it would only be worthwhile hunting for kingly's which are a pretty rare find.
  22. Then you were doing something horribly wrong, I'm sure you could stand there with agro on and just throw randomly and get that sort of experience.
  23. I didn't say "all" I said most. Most bots steal your password but I'm sure you can find ones that work well and don't steal your password aswell.
