1/10. 1400 is pretty easy and I dont think it merits a good rate. I would rate 1500 bad, 1600 bad, and even 1700 is mediocre. You need to work on more than 1 skill for a better rate.

Even if they did mess with the rares market and say make them all not tradeable then it would be like someone owning bunny ears or a scythe. I wouldn't mind but It would be better on them if they gave the player atleast market price for his rare item. I don't see that happening in the near future though unless people find a way to rwt rares easily.

Whip on controlled would be the best. Otherwise whip for attack defence and saradomin sword for strenth.

Doesn't bother me since I remember playing without the Grand Exchange. The prices on some manipulated items are pretty crazy and I hope they intervene with more items.

I didn't care for them. I prefer monkfish over all others. Great mix of money and xp.

If your too lazy to provide more detail to a simple question then I doubt you will have what it takes to achieve 99 farming. If you choose a cheap way then plant pineapple seeds, calquats, and willow/maples and farm snapdragon or ranarr herbs as much as you can. Also do manage thy kingdom to cut some of your costs and get cheap seeds. Fast and expensive way is magic seeds, palm seeds, torstol herbs, and watermelons as much as you can per day. But your looking at a good 150m+ there.

To add to Master smithers post on santas. I bought a santa last night for max and was only able to sell for market so I don't think the buyout was very successful. I broke even on it but I should have sold when they were being offered for easters this morning.

The school I go to dropped Microsoft Office because they wanted 100,000 dollars for the licensing or something. Its pretty frustrating having to use open office though I agree.

From what friends who have 99 herblore have told me the new potions arent worth the use and are just good xp. But thats just what they have said. I would rather have 99 prayer if I had the choice between the two because it can aid you in so many places. Its all preference though. If you really want 99 herblore then go for.

Cave horrors for clues and black mask drops. Any dragon for bones and hides. Dagganoths for seeds.

Sounds like your describing slayer to me. It mixes melee up and sends you to different monsters all with good options for xp and drops. If your not into slayer then you already named the two best non slayer monsters to camp.

Adze is the same as dragon axe end of argument. It also functions as a rune pick and burns logs so more xp/hour therefore making it a better option to use on lower level logs that are not worth selling. Dragon axe would be a better option to use on high level logs worth selling for profit.
