hey dark, i reccomend you to download for some brushes (deviantart is a nice brush source) for now, the background looks like the wall on a granny house, with the vines and the color. im not sure, but maybe a grunge background would fit very nice to the master chief, and maybe a darker color. play around with the filters, the wind filter is one of my favorites

I am making an important announcement: On Friday this week, I will go on holiday to Austria (Yay!!!) and stay there one week, returning Friday next week, so the deadline to enter the fakes has been extended. i rather think that the render is the problem. the reflection on the helm, the color... i somehow dont like it, but thats not your fault. i would have tried making a grunge background for the sig, gives a more "spacy" look to it. but the actual one is good too, maybe get a more brownish color. Also, more like a personal taste, id move the text to the bottom right corner

looking good so far, i like the cartoon-ness of the girl there. what bothers me is that rock behind her. rather than having rocks stuck onto it (?) it looks like a dalmatian rock :P also, the theme is a bit unoriginal, with the typical mage in wildy owning... it doesnt look like an ice barrage luckly, or id kill ya :twisted:

I thought 'buddy kits', or any buddy related 'art' work isn't even allowed on Tif.. theres a sticky dedicated to buddies... they are definitely not illegal :P

its just a matter of time till he gets flamed, considering that buddies are like the pariahs among artists because of the minimum copy-paste skills needed to make a buddy. still, he made the kit so the flaming may be milder.

PLEASE?! You both could at least have said it a bit more politely! There's a difference between "OMG horrible fake!" and "Well that fake isn't that great, it needs improving." Or do you want to get the FOTW closed by a mod for excessive flaming? Because I don't, and i'm sure you don't want either. :evil:

yea flash is fun to use. once you start you cant stop! its a pity i dont have flash anymore. i had started to make some basic games (shooting up guys and get a score!) with no help lol!

you got the wrong font... yes at a first glance its not too obvious but i have never found that font, and its not the usual RS font still apart from that its well made :thumbsup:
