i would shade the pie to the other direction, i mean, your shading are curves pointing to the left, make them point to the right to give volume to the pie. and use dithering

my constructive criticism is that you spend more time on your work, as you may have seen, the gallery members DO appreciate effort. no effort=flames you can look at my latest pixel... lol jk

^^ i have also used that method of using different tones of grass, it doesnt look that bad! for the tree, you forgot to make texture, bark, leaves. remember that a tree is rough and irregular. i could pm you with some tips that loaf2000 gave to me when drawing pixel trees, it may help you

his head is just a hair too much to the right. and i think the legs are too open. the forearms look too thin to me, but that may be me. and maybe make the torso longer? i read that when you see something wrong with it and you dont know what it is, you surely made the hips too high. (which causes a too short torso)

you could make those "sample" thingies transparent, else its a bit hard to see the body btw isnt the cape a bit short? and where the torso and the legs unite, it looks (sorry for being mean) awful :? . it looks like he put a very tight and thin belt there. make the torso and legs more "together". id also make the fury ammy a bit smaller and reduce saturation on the red thing it has also, i know hands are difficult to draw, but it needs improving

i really love it, youre gonna pwn my fire thingy with no effort lawl. about the teeth, i feel that they just dont fit. there you got a cool weird dino-like thing, very dark. suddently you see teeth that look like they got a light on their own! :P the claws dont convince me either, i think theyre too bright

i would have made the torso a bit longer. and the colour of the skin is (for my taste) to grey-ish, but thats me... also, the underpant thing (overpant because its over the pants :P ) looks just weird, as it has a very different shading from the rest of the pixel. you made everything with cool shading and dithering and suddently that style... doesnt fit

for the minimalistic one, the left side of it looks just too empty for me. maybe move the hunter logo a bit more to the right

is it a she?! if its a girl you really need to make her look more feminine. look out for a nice tutorial on differences between male and female, because i only remember that a woman face is rounder and has a smaller nose and different lips
