I'm not defending MY religion, which is what you people fail to understand, over and over again. I was only saying that some of the events and people that are in the Bible were real. Jesus existed just as much as Abraham Lincoln and Ghengis Khan did. Little aliens from the planets that Ron Hubbard invented fifty years ago do/did not. Why do you all continue to think that I'm defending Christianity? Please, read for content rather than just focusing on who the author of the post is.

Nothing can be proven religion wise about Christianity. Places mentioned make nothing credible. Christianity requires illogical faith, Scientology requires illogical faith. There the same thing, the details just differ. Really when we take a look at the Christianity aswell, we can clearly see that it's much more richer than Scientology will ever be, so which is more of a fraud? Wow, will the two of you get off it? Honestly. I never said ANYTHING about "religion-wise" so quit responding to quotes that you make up in your head. I know you all hate Christians, and I know you despise the fact that we believe in SOMETHING rather than NOTHING, and I'm sorry that people have different beliefs than you, but seriously, quit taking every advantage to make your rude comments about us. If you dislike me, address me personally, but quit using my religion to do so.

That's completely false, actually. Maybe not the miracles and such in the Bible, but at least all of the people were real people. Hohto, you don't really need to lower yourself to an ignorant standard just to insult Christianity.

I agree with this entirely, and I try to prove it wrong by openly admitting when I'm wrong every time it happens. It's rare, but I do. :P A lot of the users here would probably agree that arguing and debating is a form of fun though. Though I understand where you're coming from. Yeah, I'm not really going to attempt to justify that argument. But I, for one, do enjoy it. I'm not going to pretend like I don't. Exactly! And I'm not saying that it was good or bad, and I'm not saying whether or not I agree with it. I was just pointing it out. The crowd here differs completely from that of Scapeboard, which would explain why the Mod's have to act the way they do. That quote you just pulled was kinda taken out of context, I was only defending what was said about the user leaving.

Yeah probably. Oh wait, no. Not at all. Scapeboard (Which is what he was probably used to) was full of arguments and heated debates all the time, with slim moderation. You're completely wrong.

Arguments and debates are what keep this forum interesting, if we didn't have it we'd have a thousand "What colour is your hair," "How old are you," "How many siblings do you have" etc. threads which are of complete boredom too everyone. Am I the only one that caught the sarcasm here? No, I caught it too. Heh, I was really surprised MPC didn't catch it, he is a master at it :P . Hah, that was some pretty nice/subtle sarcasm man. :P I was also pretty surprised you would say something like that, but apparently you weren't. EDIT: I was actually at work when I made this topic and posted in it, which could explain how I skipped over the sarcasm. My mind was occupied with other things. Reading over it, it was so obvious.

Which really has nothing to do with them being too conservative about issues... It just has to do with them being moronic and not addressing BOTH sides of the situation.

Eh, I didn't really know there was much of a difference between arguging and a heated debate. I mean, there might be a few techincal differences, but the overall points are the same, right?
