I'd just suggest to find a world with alot of people pickpocketing and offer to buy. Or maybe invite a friend to get some easy xp. I get asked alot to help, and even though I'm 58 thieving, I go. I think it's pretty fun.

Dragon isn't very much better than rune. It gets like 1 more log per hour. I would just stick to rune and keep the profit to yourself. Buy some nice looking clothing.

I would stick to magics. In the 90s you get them pretty fast. I'm only 81 wc and I get them pretty quick.

I think you can. But I wouldn't recommend it unless you have alot of food. Since he can breathe fire. Like most dragons, he may own you with that hot breathe.

I think they are legal in trading worlds. Otherwise a Jagex Mod could sit there all day and ban 5k+ people a day. As long as it's not way out of control.
