Have you tried clicking the 'Appeal an Offence / Ban' link on the main page. It's under the Account Recovery section.

I don't think it's S-video, I think the thing your referring to are A/V cables. Does your TV have a scart socket? If it does, you will able to buy a small socket with which the 3 pins plug into, then it goes into scart socket. Sorry if this is not what your referring to, but it's the only thing I can think of :roll:

Well, the quest requires 60 theiving. If you are 60, then I can only assume that the higher the better. Have you tried giving it the most power?

You can teleport there using the Ectophile from the Ghosts Ahoy quest. A teleport is also available on the Ancient Magicks spell book. Both of the methods above require Preist in Peril to be completed. If you wanted to walk, the temple is the only way.
