Yes, I pay by mail as well. It took 4 days for me to receive membership, but that can extend to more than a week so don't worry so much if it's taking a while. It can depend though, what country are you in? You can try subscribing now and see if they allow pay by mail in your country. If you live in Canada/US, then yeah, pay by mail is okay.

14 year olds are probably just starting their puberty. So no, they don't have enough knowledge to know what's right or wrong. Besides, as I said earlier in the thread, depending on the case, people as young as 14 can be tried as adults.
