Anyone else watch the series or am I the only one? I'm hoping the hippies win this year since they're the underdogs. They came in last twice in a row and got lucky both times since they were non-elimination matches. And they're entertaining as hell. To the people who has never heard of it, it's a show where people race around the world (IIRC, this season, they went to US -> Brazil -> (might be missing something, I forgot :( ) -> Germany -> Greece -> somewhere in the middle east -> Australia - current). They have to drive/walk/swim or anything depending on the task. They also have challenges along the way. I think they're going to an Oriental country on tonight's episode, but I can't really remember.

The full version would be around $700 here so no, I'm not choosing anything. Too expensive for my taste, and even if someone's gonna give it to me for free, I'd tell them to replace it. $700 without any games whatsoever would be too much.

Since my house was sort of right around farms back in the Philippines, our games were definitely dirty. We'd throw cow pies (hardened - useful for cultivating our garden as well :shock:) at each other. We'd go play in the mud. Go rumbling in the haystacks. Go catch some tadpoles. Etc. Interestingly enough, only time I get sick is if the rain catches us playing outside.

Lmfao Kayla, we talked about this before. I'd take both of you at the same time too :P As long as there's a shell that would look like GC's controller for the Wii, and the controls are similar, we'll go at it :D

The fanbase Sony has set from PS2 alone makes PS3 an easy win. Did you not just see Sk8erfreak's post above yours? I'm gonna take a bet as well that the gap between Revolution and Xbox 360 would easily disappear. Xbox and GC didn't even have much gap between each other. And IMO, Xbox 360 is just Xbox 2. Nothing special, just better graphics. Sony at least was smart enough to copy Nintendo's idea and make it different from before. Nintendo's Wii is a whole new concept. It's a win/win situation for them even if they come in 3rd since they'd end up gaining profit even if they do place last - which I doubt.

I might get a chance of getting the original xbox this summer for the sole reason of playing the first Halo, DOA, and Fable. I plan to play Xbox 360 on a friend's place every now and then though so I'm hoping the multiplayer would be good :D

It still has it's rigid design and lacks any ergonomical improvement, the controller just doesn't grip as well as it should (the 360's grip and button placement is much better) And which did you use first? Ill admit, im a PS fanboy. Playstations are a very...neutral machine. Microsoft have some of the PS games and some exclusive ones, Nintendo are full of Mario games and some exclusives. While Playstations tend to have the widest variety of games. (Im sure that made no sense ><;) I really need to get myself the *playstation exclusive* '24: The Game'. ;) No [cabbage], you really are a PS fanboy.

However much more bloated code, slower, with bad customer support and very limited modifications and hacks availableOh, and it costs money. Point- Easier for a new person to use it. And it's legal to use any version up to 1.3.1 (hence invisionfree.com's software is 1.3.1 - which has about 500 mods alone on invisionize.com) and maybe even 2.0.0 since they were released under an old trial license. Or you can go to invisionfree.com and register there for free hosting of a 1.3.1, though you will have limited capabilities, but ok support, wide range of hacks and free skins.
