If they handwave the trigger for the city reactivating by saying it happened because Guthix died and removed the edict, I would be satisfied by that. otherwise, i still think people are placing an equally unreasonable hope on either poll choice, since the poll makes it a choice...

whoops, wrong thread carry on *sweat* (the issue with even having a system like this is people would still not actually stop sending false claims since they'll be using accounts they don't care about in the chance that somebody will slip up)

I'm not really convinced that either side's arguments that the other update will come out messed up encourages me to vote for either update I would rather have the possibility that I could be using improved equipment (across all tiers) before the possibility of a quest that I could be using that equipment on, for a city that we are heavily gambling will have anything of actual worth to use immediately afterwards, especially since it's unlikely that they'll have something like the blast furnace right away, and the crystal singing speculation is about as wishful as the invention speculation, so i call foul on that if we can't trust the developers to make good on either one, there's no point in discussing the issue

since they put up the 50% cap boost early, does that mean that the scheduled cap boost on week 8 has already happened?

well, lose more than he's losing now i mean, yeah i guess they'll get more troops at the turn of the week but armadyl could just march right up to bando's tower and kick it over now because there's nobody left to man the posts they are going to tell us what morale actually does at some point, right

so, what happens if bandos completely runs out of units

they spent all the money on detailed tiger sprites didn't have enough to do the palette swap of the warehouse that they've done for all of the previous upgrades

the "cheaper" higher level armor isn't what i would refer to as a "niche" item especially when you can see how far it has propagated in this event for folks who can't afford nyx gear, this is the closest they're ever gonna get to high level content because there are zero alternative options

what's strange is that the comp cape requires the recipe for the reefwalker cape but you can't do anything to combine them

so, basically this is the old system, except that people wanted to expand the focus on special attacks (which were at the time ruining the point of combat when they were tied to expensive weapons), and couldn't even imagine the eoc system, but now that they're not tied to the weapons, it's okay now? (except that expensive weapons are still kind of ruining the point of combat) plus the fatigue system from the previous version of the game, except applied to combat i guess i'm okay with that since everybody wants all their old stuff back anyway and why should i care anymore, it's not like we're actually going to solve any issues

congrats! you're not a mercenary flipflopper like the rest of us dirty scum anyway, who would even vote for less godless attacks? are they going to increase the group size to ten? adding only one member per vote cycle is pathetic, unless they're going to start adopting some real tactics like booby traps or rocket propelled grenades
