I actually saw a level 3 character in the Legends' Guild, around one or two years ago. That was a bug in the release of construction, the owner of the house let a player in (for example lvl3), then the player went to legends guild, the lvl 3 then asked to the butler if he could be taken to the owner, and the butler took him inside the legends guild. Yeah, it's something where alot of people lie about :P.

True. But after all, it is an acheivement. So I don't see why people shouldn't be allowed to post their picture of their achievement in the Goals & Achievement Board. You don't get it, i mean their are to many topics floating around WITHOUT a picture in the achievement board, i suggest a rule that makes it clear if you post an achievement, that it must contain a picture of it.

Who should decide who are worthy of the rank? I still find it hard to define who are nice, helpful and mature - even more so what should determine if a person shouldn't get that rank? Again, I am not against the idea, I just want to know how it can be done in a fair way. :) Admins, eventhough it's not up to me. The admins could develop a mentor team for example. Who basicly keep an eye on people and judge them if they should get the rank or not, just an idea, you can go many ways to decide who should have the last word on getting the rank or not. You wont get the rank if you only post negative comments, if you spam and no maturity at all (for example laughing with other people their problems)

We have had two Waterbirth events, where people could kill monsters and get pieces for the Spined, Rock-Shell and Skeletal armours. These were successful, so we are open to more high level events once in a while. It would be appreciated if you could write in the above sticky, as we have all the ideas collected in the same place. :) Yes i'm aware of the sticky, i've posted it before but i haven't seen an alike event yet. We need discussions, not topics like that, every hot-topic i've seen was one of those topics, shoulnd be like that. From what i've seen, RSC is still doing very good, allthough i haven't heard anything from Runevillage and Runehq anymore, but that's 100% not the reason that our community has degraded.

Rules : Goals And Achievements - There are just tomany pictures floating without pictures. New rule : only post topics with involve achievement pictures, otherwise locked, for me and possibly other players, it's just annoying to see a topic with '80 Fishing', and then just the text.
