I am sure they wont release it. There's also an NPC wearing steel (g) armor. (lost city quest) Npcs need other kind of clothing to show is they are NPC's. If we could wear everything an NPC could I wouldn't be as much fun. And IF they would release a dragon plate, that would be the last dragon thing they would release. If they want to make the same armor as everything else (with that I mean every rune item, but then in dragon) the plate would be the last one to be released because that logicly would be the most expensive one, the most wanted one and the coolest. (probably) So no, and definetly not before christmas.

I'd have a happy marriage, I still would be able to see my kids and probably had a job. Life's unfair.
