I think we are trying to play God too much. maybe people weren't meant to live 60 years or more after a certain point in time. maybe cancer isn't supposed to be cured. I have deaf and blind family members and they seem to get along without medical treatments.

To bump this thread I would like to add a couple of suggestions: Nature Prayers/Spells: These prayers will increase skill production rates and produce amounts. From faster woodcutting to more watermelons, to larger herb extractions. These could be unlocked from doing a nature based quest. Adjustable hotkeys: Have a dialog in which we can remap our f1-f12 keys. for in game use Logitech g15/g19 keyboard support Using a little JNI, you could output stats and other information to the little LCD screen of these commonly used gamer keyboards. Free membership drawings: Once a month, give 100 random players a free month of membership Consoles: I know you are looking into this, but you need to force yourself upon Microsoft and Sony to allow RS on their consoles for free to us. Make them add a couple of advertisements if need be. How many games can you think of where you can play with people from multiple systems? VBTS (Video Behind-the-scenes): Why not extend out to your you tube audience and twitter followers by doing a monthly video BTS, not only telling us whats going on, but possibly show us whats going on. Geeky Competitions From writing code to designing new models for in-game, it would pretty sweet to run machinima like contests for coders and artists which could feature player-made game content in game itself.

I would agree pre-gravestones but the risk now days at a majority of bosses risk is minimal. With planning, apart from Godwars and DK's, even somebody soloing can lose nothing by death. It is even safer if other players are friendly enough to bless your grave or you go with a team. The PVP drops also need a lot of tweaking, with a system which has long been suggested by many people of not giving drops over that of the value a person is carrying. Another thing is prayers and curses. They make boss killing so much easier. There should be resource-related prayers

They need high level resources to go along with making new high level gear. From bows which require 95+ woodcutting to cut the log, to new metals which need higher mining and smithing. One problem is the grand exchange and the trade limit. I remember when I could either cut magic logs and sell for 1400gp each to people or buy for 1k each and sell for 1400 each to others. I could be doing both at the same time. From all of the world like double nats, law running,etc, you could make a lot of money from those, but now you can't. Of course you can;t really compare skilling to merchanting.

If something like this bothers you, you should check your priorities. It takes 1 hour of working at McDonald's or any other minimum wage job to cover one month of RS membership.

It depends on the care put into creation and preserving it. I had a Dell Dimension 3000 for 8 years before I built a new computer which is 2 years old. I perform maintenance biweekly on it. We had this MAC which was from early 1980's.
