  1. 1) If you could time travel in runescape, which point of time in the game would you go to? 2) Do you regret spending massive hours on runescape?
  2. It doesn't annoy me when people ask politely. I only wear it when I'm not busy and prepared to spend a couple of moments "showing off my skill" . If I'm in a hurry I wear a firecape instead. If people start getting rude with their requests I take it off and say "What cape?" :P
  3. I'm pretty sure it's mostly first impression of graphics.. RS vs WoW in terms of graphics is like SNES vs XBOX. Also most browser games are quick time wasters that are coded in flash (for wasting time @ work lol), you can't really tell the depth of RS until you play it. I use to say the same things when i saw my fiancee playing, then she told me it was coded in Java and ran entirely off the web browser.. so having programmed in Java and knowing how many lines of codes goes into one small function I gave it a go. Now she always reminds me of all the things i said ^^. Sometimes I log on at work and my colleagues are always like 'WTF is that?? Pokemon?' Doesn't bother me. :-w
  4. With ess at 110 gp ea you're better off running through the abyss... now if they were 30gp ea, FFL wins hands down (this was before pure essence).
  5. Hate to spoil your "gigantic secret", but everybody knows its red salamanders, thanks. Red salamanders don't come anywhere near 85k an hour. You're wrong here, Red salamanders can get you 75-85K p/hr, it all depends on how fast you can check/setup trap and your luck. Personally I train at red salamanders, I find it easier than box trapping, my best was 91K in an hour. On topic congrats to Dark, If i had no job, no gf, and nothing else to do I'd probably play the same hours. Ironically I have 2 weeks break from work starting tomorrow.. no i won't be on Runescape... instead I'm off on a holiday across the country.
  6. level 3 clue Around level 80. I was so excited at the thought of getting zammy armour I spent 3 days completing quests so I could start/finish regicide and dig my clue in the Elven lands, to my uter disappointment I only got a rune plate. Devastating.. :( dragon drop - Remember this like yesterday. I was lvl 92, with 90+ range and on a mission. Killed KQ solo and lucky for me D Chain on 9th kill. million gp - Lvl 70 something. Spent 3 months killing giants and selling big bones, then lost it all on a freak accident. d left half - Still on the hunt!
  7. Caves are part of the new eagle travel system. Overall i quite enjoyed the quest.
  8. I'm quite certain Jagex has plans to add on to hunting once the skill matures. Really looking forward to the the new quest, i'd bet money on those caves having something to do with it.
  9. Addicted to RC, and right now Hunting, the net trap animation never gets old. :D
  10. I stopped at 71, originally only wanted 66 for the spottier cape but thought what the heck, i'll get another 5 lvls to play around with an imp.
  11. Agility is like walking from point A to point B but receiving XP. So the question is, how many players like to walk? Teleports anyone? Another point is you can train ALL the above skills while having a conversation with the next person AND make money. You can't exactly hold a conversation with agility and when you reach 99 you make 0gp.
  12. Stay on X Runes mate, I know how you're feeling. If you remember when i crafted 1M nats (took 3 months), just before I reached 99 RC I lost 2 Blue Party Hats, through a similiar incident. That was 500M down the drain and i only made 300M in 3 months. Find the same determination you had on the road to 99 RC and pick yourself back up. Don't let any setback stray you from your goals.
