While it may be very easy for some of you, I have never had 1 Million gp. It has been one of my goals since a little before construction came out. I was mining coal, but I only got to about 500K before I got bored. So I stopped. I was F2P at that time, but at the end of June, I became a member. I did a few quests, and one of them was Dwarf Cannon. After I did it, I wanted a cannon really badly, so I made a goal of 1,250,000 gp. That way, after I buy a cannon, I'll still have 500K. I currently have 690K (I know my sig isn't updated), so 310K until 1M, and 560K until I reach my goal. Seeing as how my birthday is August 23rd, I think it would be cool if I reach 1M on my birthday. So, how do I plan on reaching 1Mil? I haven't tried picking flax for money, so I'll pick 3.1K flax. That's about 110 trips between the flax field and the bank. I'm going to sell the flax for 309,999 gp. If no one wants 3.1K flax all at once, I'll sell 3K for 300K, and 100 for 9,999 gp. Either way, that leaves 1 gp, which I'm going to get by killing the man in Lumby. I'll keep killing them until one drop 1 gp (Only 1...). There...1,000,000 coins. I'll update this post every 500 flax I pick. What about the last 250K for my goal?? I have about 1.5k ess sitting in my bank, ready to be made into air runes. It should get me to 35 runecrafting, and I should get over 5K air runes. I'll sell the 5K air runes 10 each (good deal...). Then I'll buy 1K steel bars 600 each, and make them into cannonballs. Then I'll sell the 4k cannonballs for 800K. There, I've reached my goal. But, I need some of your help. I need someone to: -Buy 3.1K flax for 309,999 or2 people to buy flax. One buys 3K for 300K, and one buys 100 for 9,999 gp. -Buy 5k airs, 10 each (50K). -Sell 1K steel bars, 600 each (600K). -Buy 4K cannonballs, 200 each (800K). It doesn't have to be all at once, but it would be better if it is. All prices are set and won't change. There's no deadline for any of them except the first, it needs to be done by August 22nd. I think I've typed enough, I'll stop soon...If you didn't see, I'll update this post every 500 flax I pick.

Monk's my favorite TV show. I've got quite a few fears, like Monk, and a few strange ones, like him as well. In no order: 1. Death 2. Fire 3. Heights 4. Bugs 5. Glitter 6. The sound that happens when something scrapes against styrofoam 7. Escalators, this can go with heights I guess 8. The dark 9. Roller Coasters 10. Almost all other amusement rides, I went to Canobie Lake Park (NH) once, and pretty much the only thing I did was "Skeeball". 11. The giant mole rat. I've never heard of it, but it sounds like something I should be afraid of.

Like the title says, this thread is about baseball. What's your favorite team? Who do you think is going to make the playoffs? My favorite team is the Red Sox. I think the playoffs will be like this: AL East: Yankees. Even though I'm a Sox fan, I don't think they'll be able to catch up. AL Central: Tigers. Duh... AL West: A's. Well, they're leading now, and are doing pretty well. AL Wild Card: White Sox. Without Liriano for at least 15 days, the Twins will lose at least 2 more games than they would with Liriano. Two games is enough to put them behind the Red Sox, but the Red Sox are without Varitek, Nixon and Wakefield. Yes, Pena isn't too bad, and Lopez isn't either, but Varitek and Nixon are better IMO. The White Sox are struggling too, but they have 13 games agains the Indians, Royals and Devil Rays combined. They do have 10 games against the Tigers, though. The 3 extra games should be enough to keep them in the lead. NL East: Mets, who else... NL Central: Cardinals. Pujols is back, so they should be good again. NL West: Dodgers. Nomar is back, Maddux is great, Penny isn't bad... NL Wild Card: Reds. Arroyo should help keep them in the lead. Tigers vs. A's. Tigers. They're the best team... Yankees vs. White Sox. Yankees. They're 4-1 against the White Sox so far this season. Mets vs. Reds. Mets. They're the best team in the NL. Cardinals vs. Dodgers. Cardinals. Pujols, once again. Tigers vs. Yankees. Tigers. Same as above. Mets vs. Cardinals. Mets. Same as above. Tigers vs. Mets. Mets. The best team usually doesn't win. It's kind of a stupid thing to go on, but oh well. My second favorite team is the Mets...

I don't really watch a lot of TV, but when I do it's either baseball or Monk. My sister's obsessed with Law & Order, she likes it more than I like Runescape...which is kinda hard...lol...

I don't know if this has been answered, but were they going to bomb the planes, or bomb something after they landed? I've heard that they were going to bomb the planes, but the second option is possible too...

Im P2P and I think F2P should get this. I have a suggestion though. If P2P gets another row as well, then I think more people would like this. I dont really care, but just a thought.

Oh yeah, I forgot to say this. I just got home yesterday on a flight from San Francisco. I feel very lucky that I didn't have to go through the long security lines. To the guy who posted above me...in San Francisco they had everyone take their shoes off anyway, and I always do it through security even though I usually wear sandals. I also consider myself pretty lucky since I took a plane from Taipei to SF (11 hours) 4 days ago, I imagine immigration to be extremely slow now. Lol, Jacnoc, you're probably jealous of me as well, even though I wasn't in first class, I was 3rd class, not economy which was 4th class. Ronin, your siblings should get home okay, just maybe a few days later.

15 mins? it takes 19 mins to WALK from the lighthouse to polinbech (yes I have timed it) So Al karid to fally is a 2 min run and 4 min walk :) I know it is. But he probably wouldn't have believed me. Thanks for the actual times. Shawdow_Champion, it takes less than 1 minute to walk from Lumby to A-K then. 1 minute is not that long.

I get 25 mith ore in less than an hour from mining...Like I've said, mining is a great way for F2P to make money, and I made 90-95% of my money (when I was F2P) from it.

Nope. Iron is much better than coal. With lvl 60 mining, you can mine 28 iron (1 load) in 3 minutes (counting banking). With lvl 60 mining you can mine 28 coal (1 load) in 8-9 minutes (counting banking, and for this purpose I'll say 9 minutes). That means you can mine iron 3 times as fast as coal. So in 9 minutes you can mine 28 coal, which is worth about 5.6K. In 9 minutes you can also mine 84 iron, which is worth 8.4K. Also, the xp is better if you mine iron.

Dwarven Mines aren't bad either for iron.

When I was F2P I didn't want any updates... Almost all the places in Gielnor (the world of Runescape) are easily accesible. For example, Draynor Village. You can: Glory Lumby Tele and walk If you're near Ardougne, take the boat to Brimhaven, walk, take the boat to Port Sarim, then walk. Fally Tele and Walk. Suicide and walk (works for both Lumby and Fally) The teleports that F2P are placed in good places. Fally covers Asgarnia, Varrock covers northern Misthalin, and Lumby covers southern Misthalin and Al-Kharid. Like someone said, there isn't much in Al-Kharid for F2P. The only things I can think of are the Tanner and the Furnace. The Fally furnace is only a little furthur from the bank than the A-K one. The tanner then. Well, where are cows in F2P? Lumby, Draynor, and Port Sarim. Lumby and Draynor aren't too far from A-K, and Port Sarim is between the Crafting Guild and A-K. Pretty soon people will want teles to Karamja, Port Sarim, Rimmington and Draynor for F2P. To the person who said "what if you were in a rush". Well, it takes less than 15 minutes to run from Al-Kharid to Fally. If you can't spend 15 minutes of your life clicking a little, then why are you playing Runescape? I think this is a good idea-just make it lvl 99 magic and P2P
