you can always get another scroll for ard teleport from the man in east ard who you got it from when you did plague city. Just go in there and if the spell is not active, he;ll give you a new scroll. Cheers! -BB

I personally found the more commonly exped mobs drop the bone much less than the rares... by expable mobs I mean all the big bone droppers like jogres, trolls, ice giants etc.. for the just plain exotic like bunnies.... I got them all within 3 kills. for the monsters you'd say hmm nice exp, expect to wait a while before a bone drops. Cheers! -BB

if you fail more than 2 times in a row, move to a new exit. Seems if you fail once you'll fail 30 times often to ones death. Cheers! -BB

If you have feathers still, stick to shilo as it's faster exp than monks and zero burn rate if you have been keeping your cooking level on par with your fishing level. The no burn level on monks is roughly 92ish (about 30 levels from the level you can fish them) unless cooking gauntlets were patched to help this update. Cheers! -BB

honestly don;t bother to waste nats on maples.... stick it out to yew longs to string and alch. The crafting suggestion from cream is a great one as well. Crafting is THE skill to throw money at imo, since high levels will make it back fast. Btw when I was crafting cosmics to get to chaos I ended up with 1k cosmic runes and thought "omg I'll never use all these" Well to this day I have over 1k comic runes still and find I need 6k to enchant those 2k glass orbs I have.... What sounds like alot now is nothing when the skills get high enough. When you put next level for crafting in and it returns 900 green dragon bodies, well you'll be glad you have 7k nats. there's a very real market for lesser ess. time will tell if the autoers feel there is market enough for lesser ess for them to bother, else the price on it goes up. For people doing nats and such, lots are mining their own now as per ess cost of pure is too high. Cheers! -BB

the market price of items is based on their hi alch value..... With d hide, green bodies alch for 4,680 gp and take 3 hides... assuming you craft your own nats, at 1600 gp sell price average, a player only loses 185ish gold after tanning and thread costs. 185ish gp for 186 crafting exp plus you get mining exp for ess, rc exp for the nats and magic exp for the cast and agility exp for hi alching in the brimhaven agility arena..... The market prices for raw materials is tied to their hi alch price for the most part... if a price is too low, people will snap up the excess until market balance is restored. When looking at the alch value, look at the most exp/cash for least mount of raw material.... 1k for molten glass makes zero sense until you realize there's over 2k gold profit in making air battle staves.... not the glass orbs themselves... so in effect you need to at least provide some effort to a product to make hi alching gain money. if you've done hero, use a dueling ring to port to fire shrine, craft runes and then glory to edgeville to bank... saves on emeralds quite a lot. Cheers! -BB

I did legends with rune and a d baxe at combat 70.. easy and didn;t use a single prayer pot or any other potion for that matter, Not even skill up beers! I had prayer level over 44 though at the time btw. oh and no outside help other than a mod that charged me 10k for a soul rune hehehehe. Yah I knew he was ripping me off but like I cared about a one time expense. Getting the starts to do legends is the hard part. Cheers! -BB

the ability to light a bullseye lantern is is 50 firemaking... a few quests require this lantern as it doesn;t go out. So really it's a useful skill as a member to 50. If you plan on doing some very nice quests, it's required. 65 is needed for the miners helmet. Never required but it frees up an inventory slot when you need a light source. 85 is the level needed for magic log pyres for shade burning, that's the highest skill level needed in rs memebr world right now... don;t need ghosts ahoy to enter port phansy but well 2 ecto tokens to enter and no ectovial to teleport right there makes it a waste of time... So ghosts ahoy is option but highly reccomended. Cheers! -BB

well by no means a farm master but to start the skill do the quests.... Growing Pains is 3,500 exp and needs 0 farm exp. the magic scaths you get are must have as well. that will land you 17 farming for Forgettable Tale of a drunken dorf for 5,000 exp all you grow are some hops that gets you to 25 farming which is the req for...... Garden of Tranquility for 5,000 exp The unlocked ring of charos from the start of this quest is an amazing bit of kit. That gets you over 30 farming where you have some real options to farm with other than potatos I did no farming until like 33, when I got 40 for rum deal.. one round of oak trees. apple trees, limps, janglebery bushes and um some assorted sweetcorn/tomatoes. planted all 4 allotments same go and saw a few crops die hehehe. between the 7k farming from rum deal and a 98 tear gunthix, I'm sitting at 43 farming after like no effort on my part. from there you can plant the majority of crops for exp, steal seeds from the master farmers! oh and stock up on pineapples before you start farming for real, get a ton of super compost going. that twisted guy in yannile agility fun house, his key is an uncommon drop but the chest always gives you 3x rannars. need 67 agility to get to him and can only hurt him with strike spells. Cheers! -BB

ape is great at 70... is very doable at 68 as well but fails are more common. really do not need food at level 68, btw, you regen fast enough by that level. I really do not like wildy course as it has monsters and pkers.... annoying. Cheers! -BB

I started like 59 fletch 60 wc? not sure, exactly the wc. I cut roughly 8k maples and made them into long (u)'s never stringing them. ended up 70 fletch and 75 wc and started cutting yew longs (s) to hi alch. I had done legends though and so had those 6 maples on legends west side all to myself. If you are cutting your own logs, might want to look into maples. if buying logs, willow all the way to yew longs. You'd honestly be better off brinigng your wc up with your fletch. and yes, do not string (for exp) a single bow until yew longs. Cheers! -BB

also, kp poison only works on spears up to rune.... since you get a rune spear kp for doing the twi bwani trio quest, it's rather moot. Cheers! -BB

the dragon axe for wc , cuts the same speed as rune. yeah it's a better weapon but the logs don't care. a d pick would prolly be the same mining speed as a rune pick like the axes, um better for killing those muggers waiting for ore to respawn? anyway one of the real reasons mining is easier on p2p (even staying in the f2- areas...) is because players on p2p have many options for making money. on free, smithing is king as it's one of the few things worth hi alching and raw ore/bars sell well also. Fishing lobs is a lesson in frustration as only kaj is available on free and a long long way from a bank. All that means the mines on free servers are packed to the point of overflowing simply because it's the main money path. Add in all the rest like larger world with more/better mines etc and there's no contest. Cheers -BB

I just leveled up start of 70 to start of 72 today in ape and wowowow what a differance going from 69 to 70 made. I brought 27 ard cakes and ended up giving away 20 of them to a nice person on the course with me. I simply didn;t take enough damage to need food, that's how low the fail rate was. Put of that 200k odd exp or so, I think I failed the final line at most 5 times. key to speeding the course is all in the camera angle. when you climb skull slope I have the rope vine swing visable in the top left corner. Next time I bring 26 super energy potions with me instead of food. ape just embarrases wildy imo. oh and as a bonus, the ninja monkey waddles!!!!! Cheers! -BB
