World 99 laws is free but slow, seeing as there aren't many runners World 66 is expensive but fast, seeing as the runners always outnumber the crafters. It's up to you really, you could try a bit of both.

well for herb runes I use: Trollheim tele (2 laws, 2 fires) Cammy tele (1 law, 5 airs) and you use: Trollheim tele (2 laws, 2 fires) Ardy Tele (2 laws, 2 waters) It's not really a big deal but I think my way is faster :P
