Yes. What might be rated R in USA might be rated PG 14 in Canada. It's quite often made 14A here in Canada, we arn't as sensitive as americans :lol:

Putting the "::" in front of any txt and the game will treat it like a command. The commands are disabled for regular users and p-mods, so only j-mods have access to this. I saw this used in private servers, but I know for a fact that the private servers are un-compiled runescape cache files, and these commands are in fact built into the game.
