Gimp is what i use i find it easy to use easy to larn theres alot of toturials ,very good for a free program i9 give it a 3 thumbs up 11 out of 10 stars :boohoo:

on the onscreen click this then press ctrl + v on paint

nothing should happen so when you press it open a program called PAINT on your computer and press Ctrl +v

press print screen SysRq its near F12 then load it on paint buy pressing ctrl+v :)

this is better to make circles you can choose more thicker and lighter ways not just like only three but last one fills it up :)
