This was a good article. I definitely agree about what it said about notifying the players when there are server problems. Even if they can't let us know while the servers are down, it would be nice to know what happened after they get it fixed.

If you go by xp it's attack at 37m+ xp. If you go by level it's a tie between fletching, attack, strength, hitpoints, defence, prayer, range, firemaking, slayer, woodcutting, cooking, fishing, magic, and thieving all at 99.

The way I look at it combat skills aren't any different from other skills. 1700 skill total is 1700 skill total whether you're 80 combat or 120 combat. Its still the same number of levels, just levels in different skills. Somebody who chooses not to train combat skills is no different from somebody who chooses not to train mining.

Wow, this really jumped from topic to topic a lot. It looked like a lot of extra stuff was added to make it the length that it is. It seems like the editor is running out of ideas. After all, it's hard to come up with a new topic to write about every week for almost two years. (This is the 89th article if I counted right).

My theory has always been that it's different, but it's just too small of a difference for anybody to notice.

I get 99 skills because I enjoy training them. It just feels good to set challenges for myself and reach them.

It's a good article. I don't agree with it though. It's true that the best way to learn not to touch a hot stove is to touch it and get burnt, but it's even better if the stove is somehow impossible to touch, then there's no way to get burnt. Jagex has found a way to make the stove impossible to touch. Btw, I think I'll go world hop and look for somebody jumping back and forth across the ditch so I can figure out who the editor is :P
