Anyway, i disagree, making unlimited uses for a conductor rune (mind, chaos, death and blood) makes magic a lot more easy and unfair. But i like the general concept of the idea however with sceptres : Why? It would give everyone unlimited runes. Imagine CW with all the ice barragers.
