I've suffered depression before. My sister has as well. I know it's no laughing matter. But in all honestly, people who moap around feeling sorry for themself and don't make any attempt to help themself aren't going to get any help from me. You can have every man and his dog in support, but if the person can't be arsed helping themself, it all goes to waste. Had to correct part of that. Anyway your right. We can't help, nobody can. Only they can help tehmselves.

Nice guide. I followed it and only used 1 ppot dose. (Verac got lucky otherwise I would have used 0)
