Zombie Plans-Revised
The real issue with a 5 foot wall isn't zombies. It's other humans, with the ability to easily climb that wall. Therefore, at least a 10 foot wall would be best.

Why can't adults drink?
Alcohol is a substance, that when abused, has an unfortunate side effect. Mainly that of being drunk. While in that state, you are more likely to cause harm to yourself, and those around you. The age of 21, I believe that's when they think people will be mature enough not to abuse. However, it is hardly different from 18. My belief? Well, like Lateralus, I believe everyone should be allowed it. Why? Well, as of now, alcohol can appear as this mysterious substance. The feeling one gets from drinking it, can be a good one, making them want more and more. However, say they were introduced to alcohol from a young age. They have been used to drinking it, so really, it doesn't work like the first time you try it at an older age. You know what it is like, and are more likely to have more control over how much you drink. As for the military, well, it's all in the interests of protecting your country I suppose.

Zombie Plans-Revised
So are you saying that we should completely disregard a weapon because there's a chance that it might break? -.- OH GOD. HE IS RIGHT. WE SHOULD DISREGARD WALLS AS WELL, SINCE THEY MIGHT BREAK. AND USING OUR HANDS, THEY MIGHT BREAK. How about we just lie down and die, eh? Oh CRAP! Every weapon can break! They're useless! We're screwed! I mean, it's not like spears are hard to create or anything. A simple one can be a knife on the end of a pole. If anything, with a chain link fence, a spear seems like a good idea, since you can directly hit the eye. Plus it'd be a straight trust, not putting it at an angle, and we're likely to use metal shafts, rather than the easily broken wooden ones. Traditional spears seems useless, but, hand-made ones, assuming a good connection between blade and shaft, means that it is nearly unbreakable. Hell, we could even just sharpen the end of a metal pole to make the spear, since the point only provides a gateway for the rest to get in.

Cartoon Network...
Face it, they have a new target audience, and are trying to appeal to them more. They see what others are doing, and do something similar. We're no longer their target. Otherwise, we'd have the shows we remember showing more.

Guess the Game
I was hoping someone would say Final Fantasy. :( Nobody is stupid enough to guess that. You can tell by the graphics alone. As for the new one, is it a Monster Hunter game? It sort of reminds me of one.

Do you mean the Elder Wyrm in Golmore Jungle? Cause I can't find an Elder Wyvern. And there is no mention of the Wyvern Lord inflicting status effects. Anyway, I'll hide short guides for both instead of coming back later. [hide=Wyvern Lord (mark)]Make sure you have at least 2 character that can use ranged weapons in the party. Clear out any other monsters nearby before going for the mark. The Wyvern Lord can be found hovering at the top of the bluff. It will cast Aero and Gust, so having Windbreakers equipped is a big help. Try casting sleep on it, then hit it with other Magicks. Alternatively, simply attack it with you ranged weapons and heal frequently.[/hide] Now the Wyvern Lord seems to be the unlikely one. So here's the Elder Wyrm. [hide=Elder Wyrm (boss)]This boss and his two Treant accomplices are weak against Wind. As both minions can be a nuisances, take care of them immediately with Aero or a Quickening chain followed by the most powerful Concurrence you can achieve. The Elder Wyrm regulary inflicts status ailments such as Blind, Confuse and Petrify, so be prepared to remove these status ailments ummediately, you could also establish suitable Gambits to automate this process (for example, assigning Smelling Salts to Ally: status = Confuse). This boss's most dangerous attack is Sporefall, which inflicts Oil, Poison, Sap and Confuse. You should immediately remove Oil with a Handkerchief before the monster has time to launch it's Fireball attack. Haste will cure Slow and Esuna should take care of the remaining ailments. Meanwhile, maintain a steady onslaught of physical attacks to wear down the monster. You can also try to inflict the Silence status ailment, though it may take a few attempts before it penetrates your adversary's defences. Larsa does a first rate job of healing everybody, so keep him healthy.[/hide] Use them if you want, and I believe you mean the Elder Wyrm rather than Wyvern Lord, but I put them both anyway.

Wasn't too sure if it would still be called that. Plus it was only a suggestion to deal with Status effects.

Haven't played FFXII much, but Baal, isn't there an item you could obtain that gives a Ribbon-like status? (Immunity from all negative Status Effects) So you could try to obtain multiple if there is such items, it would help greatly.

Today...
Today, well it's been pretty cloudy and it rained earlier. Starting to clear up, but it was, thankfully, a cool day for the most part. Decided to try reading Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou again, since I had given up at Chapter 37. Ended up reading 37-141 (the rest of it), it was strangely relaxing to read, it didn't have a real plot or anything, it was just enjoyable to read because of how relaxing it turned out to be.

Things that annoy the hell out of you
New one. Texting. I absolutely hate doing it, it just feels weird, and a little too impersonal. I feel that you have to cut what you want to say too short, and you don't have the same freedom as other means.

Guess the Game
Can't be, let me put it in bold for you. It is a stand alone game, there are no prequels or sequels. Oh and... It was made in 2001.

What do you do?(Where do you work? What is your occupation?)
Uhh, Legless, I think you're getting cheated if you are over 18. [hide=Stuff]What are the current rates of the national minimum wage? There are three levels of minimum wage, and the rates from 1 October 2008 are: * £5.73 per hour for workers aged 22 years and older * A development rate of £4.77 per hour for workers aged 18-21 inclusive * £3.53 per hour for all workers under the age of 18, who are no longer of compulsory school age I took that off the HM Revenue & Customs site, since you are British (we only use the Pound), however, please correct me if I am wrong.[/hide]

I want to say that it is one game in the Ratchet and Clank series, but I can't be too sure.

Help support the Starcraft 2 LAN
1) But it stops them playing online, which can be a major pulling factor for players. 2) That is not Blizzard's fault. 3) Online petitions never work. 4) Companies change there mind over time, usually to make more money.

Guess the Game
Travis had a white bike didn't he? Anyway, I'll put some hints. It was on the PS2, and contained swordfighting. And it's not Blade either.

"I want a girlfriend/boyfriend", and other such relationship advice
I doubt it. Girls need to learn that they can't imply things instead of just asking, anyways. Yeah. Won't happen unfortunately. Someone needs to write a "Guy's Handbook to the Female Mind".

"Sing" the petition? Sorry, I can't, I suck at singing, plus I don't want to look stupid. Anyway, if Blizzard are going to leave it out, then there is nothing you can do. Except starting an online petition. Because those things really work .

X-Men Origins: Wolverine (Game)
I think it's to do with the DLC.

Ads coming to Xbox Live?
I say again, they are a company. You make it sound like going for more money is evil. When they already charge their customers for an online service, you don't want to see ads. That being said, I'd hate to get ads with the PSN, but, I don't have to pay, so I wouldn't complain.

Guess the Game
Yeah, it was the lives that gave it away for me mostly. Had you left that out, I probably wouldn't have got it. Best I could think of.

Ads coming to Xbox Live?
As long as they reduce the price of XBox Live with the ads, I don't think users should mind as much, and as long as they are not too intrusive. Though really, it does appear that they are just trying for more money.
