At around your level.. with picking up mithril arrows each arrow gave me 100 xp So iron knives should be 50 xp per knives with picking up.. and i mean picking ALL up :) Work out your levels from there and calculate And use Ava's if possible

That really depends on the monster you are gonna train on. Low def : iron knives Mid Def : MSB High Def: Crystal Bow / Cbow Also... i dont think sercull is any good Darkbow isnt really good to use as training Rune cbow Is really good for Ranged pking
