Imo you should go after Dust Devils if you want melee exp as well, but if you would like to get ranged exp, then you should go after black demon's...

You could always use *Protect from Missiles*, and take som alch runes with you, so you can alch thouse Fremennik blades, Fremennik helms and Fremennik shields, as there alch for around 3k each.
