If you're a member you can get them from doing lvl 3 Treasure Trials. You can also buy it from other players. A good place to buy it is behind Varrock West Bank in World 1.

Any spot that can be used as a Range or Mage safespot can be used for Hallys, as long as the monster is close enough to you. Hallys have a range of 2 squares, if it helps.

Ring of Wealth only applies to monster drops.

Gnome Stronghold does?!?! Yep. I'm pretty sure they do. Nope no grapes in Gnome Stronghold. Grapes can be obtained by killing goblins, Thieved from the Wine stall in Draynor Village, bought from the Culinaromancer's Chest (requires Recipe for Disaster quest), or picked up at respawns in the top floor of the Cooking Guild and in Varrock's Phoenix gang headquarters. Hmm... I was almost certain the Stronghold had grapes in the shops. Anyways, I think Vlad gave you a good amount of places :mrgreen:

Its the Tip.It f2p homeworld, so you can see some fellow Tip.Iters (including me : )

To clear things up: Iron ore will always have a 50/50 chance no matter what your smithing level is. There are only two ways to prevent this from happening: -Ring of Forging (enchanted Ruby Ring, lets you smelt 140 Iron Ores with 100% chance of success) -Use the Superheat Ore spell on the Iron Ore

I don't know if you've done this yet or not, but the new My Arm quest gives 10k herblore xp. Thats all I really know :
