This is a true story: Shortly after Stronghold of Security was released, I decided to get a Skull Scepter one night because I was bored. I grab my armor and 20 Lobsters (I didn't know what was down there) and head off to the enterance. I plow through the Minotaurs, Flesh Crawlers, and Cattlebepons getting all the drops easily. Then I get to Ankous. I go through all my food and still no Left Skull Half. I decide to kill one last one then leave. I say out loud (in real life) "This one better drop it!". I kill the Ankou, and boom, Left Skull Half \

Always on off. I only turn it on if one of my friends tells me to listen to one of the music tracks they think is cool.

Looking at this pic, this is my opinion. Ditch the Climbing boots, and switch them out to Mime Boots or Black Boots (the armored ones). For your hat I would suggest one that is black, either a Black Beret, Boater, or Cavalier. Leave your shield spot empty, but maybe get a black Fremminik Cloak.

If you want to get Dragon Gloves you need to beat all the subquests in Recipe For Disaster (which have many level and quest requirements which incluce beating Monkey Madness, starting Legends, and 70 Cooking) To get Dark Gloves you need to follow all the steps for getting the Dragon Gloves, then you need to beat the Final Fight, which is very hard and also requires completion of Desert Treasure. I am not certain on any level requirements to wear these gloves, since the Knowledge Base on the official site says nothing on it.

I have no experience with the Elemental Workshop Quests, but I do believe that you need to use a Knife on the book to get the key.

Join the Heart Unit clan. They're a really good lvl 100+ Pest Control Clan.

My brother got about 3000 Willows in a matter of hours at the Draynor Willows on a Saturday in an F2P server. He was going from 55-60 Woodcutting at the time. Just get a Rune Axe and you'll be fine there.

Just do this: 1. Find a 1 gp spawn 2. Pick it up 3. Wait for respawn 4. Repeat steps 1-3 If you can find a 3 gp spawn, then you're good to go. Find a 10gp spawn, and you're set for life! I'm just joking. Try Fishing, Law Running, or Clue Scrolls.

I think I count as "a few more posts". They are referring to the Jack O' Lantern Helmets when they say "pumpkin hat". Side note: You shouldn't judge people by their post counts.
