This will be kind of long but please read it if you open this: I'm one of those p2p players that likes to go into f2p worlds and show off my stuff (either in my new Torags or in my black cav with my good ol' rubber chicken). While i'm in Lumbridge, which is usually where i hangout i notice a lot of noobs cursing or trying to sell accounts, which i always report. But there is one thing i always notice them doing. Many noobs will always abuse emotes thinking its funny. One of the most common ones i see is a noob goes behind a girl character and does the Dance emote and starts sayin somethin like "oh yea! oh yea!". I won't go into detail, but we all know what they're implying. I propose an idea for a new rule called Emote Abuse to report such things like this, because the emotes weren't put in for that purpose at all. The rule could state how nobody can use an emote in any sort of obscene, or offensive way. This also brings me to my next point. Many people will say that you should get a mod to mute the noob. Now really, muting will stop them from swearing and saying bad things, but it won't stop them from using emotes. I think the mods should be given another ability along the lines of "freezing" a character, disabling them from using emotes at all. These are just some ideas i've come up with from the time i spend in f2p. Tell me what you think please, wether its good or bad. I'm actually hoping that if enough people agree to this like they have to the new bank idea on this forum, we can send it to Jagex and make it happen. So lemme know what you think, and drop by World 3 or 29 Lumbridge to see me sometime if you want.

its kind of a good idea, i wouldn't do it personally cuz i like my zammy cape too much to take it off. but you should expand on what kind of capes you would have to use, and what lvl construction would you need to make the item that paints the cape.

when a begger follows me i "accidentaly" happen to "stumble" into the dark wizard's circle south of varrock or the draynor jail. that teaches them what can happen when they beg and no this is not luring, they followed me when i didn't even say anything.

After you beat Regicide you can buy them in the elven camp. Or buy them from other players. Note that you must beat Regicide before you can wield a Dragon hally but you can buy it before

they are untradeable. me and my friend tested it so i know for a fact

lol yea i learned this the hard way also. 500-600k nowadays i think

torags and dharoks armor have the exact same stats so it depends on what you want. if you want set effect go for dharoks, if you want stats go for torags.

yea i know i post a lot of these so heres another one: the item looks exactly like a basic elemental staff, except it is all white. i mean everything, the orb and the handle are white. i've heard it be reffered to as the "crystal white staff" and "white staff". what is this item and how do i get it? i'll try to find someone with one and get a screenshot

not much to go off of here but the best thing you can do is go to world 78 and look for people saying "trade me for new pc world". most of these are 80+ or 90+ only

yes it is, but i recommend prayer for Kolodion's last form and through the whole thing. i only used one prayer pot at lvl 43 prayer so it won't cost you that much

ok heres the full list. i'm going to include ones you have for other people to see: Karamja Monkey: use karamja monkey bones Ninja Monkey: small ninja monkey bones, go to the top of the temple for these Big Ninja Monkey: also known as Padulah. just kill Padulah Big Zombie: kill these in the tunnel or the dungeon with the fire walls Small Zombie: kill these in the fire wall dungeon Gaurd: kill in the temple, use the altar to keep prayer on Bearded Gaurd: these are the ones by the trapdoor that block your movement. if you look closely, you see they're exactly like gaurds except with beards

i know exactly what you're talking about. go to keldagrim and head over to the palace in the middle. on the western side of it there is a clothes shop. thats where you get those clothes.

i'm not much of a merchanter but i can tell you what my brother did. first off use that 3m and buy yourself a whip. try to get the best price possible for it, then merchant. my bro made 600k in half hour. this is assuming your members. if you're f2p then i have no clue

first off, you mentioned whips being 2.4-2.7 in your post. you'll get 2.5 if you're lucky. now then, you have a pretty good fishing level so maybe you can put that to use. or you can make and sell steel bars. use the mining guild. they go for like 550-600 each in f2p worlds at Falador.
