There was this topic on a forum in this community where someone got a kill count of 9,999 and he got some runes, it was also with pics.=> So don't overdose your kill count as it barely matter much.

I was training my CB on Moss Giants and I got the whole outfit (+1000gp) from CB lvl 79-83, and that didn't take too long It's purely luck, like any other random event.

I think it's more like an honor system...

I would not suggest it, there are way better ways to train
