  10. Personally, I solo him with a whip + defender. I seem to do better with a whip than with a GS. So it'll take some time to get a whip and maybe you need some luck at barrows and it'll take quite a long time, but it seems do-able. Maybe if you're high level, you can do it with full rune and a tortoise of food.
