a 1px border would be incredibly minimal more filesize and without it your sigs always look mediocre, especially on mid tone colours. They also tend to flash a lot and are not very nice on the eyes. The first two are ok but this one is horrible and iff you wernt using uzzisoft i would have blocked that image from showing.

FF isnt the only browser that is unaffected by the IE flaw. Rick's post is more accurate, and though I personally would reccomend Firefox, Opera for example would protect you just as well.

Turn off the anti-aliasing on the pixel font. Makes it looks horribly blurry.

Graphics Gale is good for pixel sigs because you have layers similar to photoshop.

Interesting concept, but someone of the ones you did the character wernt made by the person themselves but in an avatar swap compo. You might wanna sort that out.
