So it is not a "random event" in much the same way that mining a gem is not a random event.

As a full screen HD user what benefit would I get?

I usually go on full screen when Suzi is logged into RS too because we chat on there rather than via MSN. If I am multi tasking (msn, irc, forums) then I just stay normal.

Guthix wouldn't let one of them beat the others. Just as they got down to 1hp he would teleport them away from each other.

Week 1 was the graphics update. We are now in week 2. Looks like a lot of updates still to come this month when do we expect them to come. I would guess that new Tutorial thingy wil arrive at the same time as Lumbridge achievement diary and possibly be available to f2pers to give them a teaser on what the other diaries would be like. The wildy quest will probably come seperately as will the bank/lending updates as both are relatively big updates. This is my guestimation of the timeline. Tuesday 8th - Bank update and item lending Tuesday 15th - Tutorial/Lumbridge diary Tuesday 22nd - Spirit of Summer quest

I tried WoW and came back. Wow has some really great clan support which unfortunatly Runescape really lacks but thats about it. I thought all the characters looked the same and for the cost and amount of space it takes up the graphics arent that great. I like that on RS i can do what i like. I dont need to create a new character to do a different skill and that there is no way i can max out all my stats any time soon (been playing saince 2001 and still not maxed). I also like that RWT has almost been completely wiped out in RS and yet Wow everyone seems to do it. I dont know a single Wow player (irl) that hasnt bought gold on Warcraft. However if you posted this on Wow forums you'd get ppl saying they tried RS and didnt like it. And that the graphics are good and they like limits in skilling etc. For the record tho. PES totally owns Fifa. :P

My ideas... I dont belive that there is a sailing skill coming out. the while idea just seems stupid. There are already so many ways to get around the map and by chartering ships. Also back in dragon slayer quest you have your own ship the Lady Lumbridge and it only costs 2k. You also dont need a sailing level requirement to use it then. The whole idea of a sailing skill just doesnt work in the canon of runescape. I could be wrong and I will admit im wrong if need be but it just seems a very odd skill to implement. I think the cape shown in the cache will be to show off if you have unlocked every song. To me it looks strikingly similar like a harp and the music icon, it doesnt look like a sail to me at all. I'm sure I heard that Jagex were going to put in a cape when you have completed all Achievement diaries too but there werent enough yet. To me it seem logical that if you have a cape for the diaries why not one for the songs too. The cape thats shown in the picture however just looks like a regular cape just with a trim. No matter how many times I see the image and ppl tell me whats there i can only see folds in the fabric. I do not see any logos or icons on that cape at all. The staff... unlikely to be the staff of armadyl. Take a look at this thread viewtopic.php?f=30&t=747700&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&hilit=Armadyl+staff neither the images in the museum nor the concept art look like the staff in the picture. Has anyone ever thought that maybe... just maybe the banner is just a piece of art and nothing more?

Back in RSC there was a really great website called Crazy Goblin Auctions... however with the trade limits and the GE there is no need for this any more.

My point is that when you take a screen shot of something anti aliased and remove the background you are going to be left with a jagged edge because its hard to remove the background Example1 - Non Anti aliased with background removed Example2 - 4x AA If tipit do custom poses and want to make anti aliased images work nicely as poses then they have to allow users to use 24 bit alpha channels in a png instead of the 8 bit png format which is like a gif and only allows one set colour to be transparent. Below is another example. 8-bit 24-bit Unlike some people in this thread i know what i'm talking about.

So if custom poses are implemented will we be able to use alpha channels in the png? Because otherwise we wont be able to use anti aliased screenshots

The "logo" on the cape in the picture looks to me just like folds in the fabric. Fake pic + people that data search = fail
