Okay, I did the Ghostly Robes mini-quest and got my 10k lamp. In this quest you learn some more history which gives you 10 Kudos. It was also the LAST thing I could teach the historian, so I got my lamp. You do not need to be wearing the robes, just teach him the info you learn. Also the ruby neclace is something you get from the rock cleaning portion. You show the guy who teaches you a new spell to enchant it. It has 5 tellys and it tellys you to a spot near the Digsite which in the future will have a barge which will take you to a new island if you have enough Kudos.

Wll I have done all quests and returned the book to the Historian, but I have yet to get the 10k lamp. I am about to do Ghostly Robes and see if that gets me the lamp, will post later.

Someone said I have to do ghostly robes mini-quest, which I have not done, to get final 10 Kudos and 10k lamp. Can anyone confirm this before I do it?

Ok I did the 1st floor rock clean-up and got 50 Kudos. I Talked to the Historian on the 2nd floor, showed him the book and got 65 Kudos and 2 1k lamps. I did the display cases in the basement and got 28 Kudos and 1k xp in Slayer and Hunter. I now have 143 Kudos and talked to the Information clerk by the front door, got some smithing and mining xp ( not positive ), and told I qualify to go to the future island. but how do I get the 10k xp lamp? EDIT: I also got the ruby necklace and learned how to enchant it.

When I first posted this question the KB was not updated for new spells, but now it is: This spell converts one set of logs into a plank. The cost in coins depends on the type of logs (wood - 70; oak - 175; teak - 350; mahogany - 1050)

I tried and it said something about not using it. What you say might have been a exploited bug in the game.

Is it only good for normal logs or can you change any log, I.E. mahogeny?

You CANNOT use prayer. Use your best melee armor and best weapon and use best food. I used Guthans and it was easy.

In a workshop you can make clockwork mechanisms on a Crafting Table 2 or better using a bar of steel, if that is what you are thinking of.

They look like this: But they are wearing dragon armor,mage robes, ranger outfits etc. All based of RS characters.

In the NE corner room filled with only ankous there is a skeleton on the ground you can safe-spot behind.

I read on this site that some one said Jagex said they do NOT stack. You cannot use both together against undead slayer tasks.

I mix up slayer staff and black sally. I get my herbs from farming and MTK. Can you explain more on how you get tar, I get mine from Lumby cave slimes. On karil I dds out then switch to strength attack with Sally.

I tried to get a new Silverlight from Sir Pirsin in the Varrock Castle, but he has no mention about it. I checked my house and I have no mounted sword. the guide says Legends Guild no longer sells it. What do I do to get another?
