Defender is the hardest class to get pts in. For the others i would suggest you start in room 1 or 0 and play til room 8. Then reset to room 1 by either talking to 2 guys upstairs or entering room 0. BIG SUGGESTION: If you join a team and you partner is not calling put your commands OR you get unfer 10 pts a game, LEAVE ! Start over by leaving the room and re-entering. Get a new team. Go back to room 1 or 0. You are wasting your time with a bad team.

There is or was a guide in the AoW about obtaining items. If you can find it check it out. If you see an item there you have in your bank you can get rid of it because it shows you how to get another.

according to the Jagex KB you NEVER stop burning monks and Gauntlet do NOT help. But accoeding to players with 90+ cooking, you do not burn them anymore with gauntlets.

best barrows is Dharoks, you can use the splatters to get your health low for great hits. I went from 84 str to 99 str in 3 wks using dharoks !
