I read on Tip.it somewhere that when you have a 99 cape already and finish all the quests your 99 cape gets trimmed.

For future knowledge the high agility requirement is 1 way only. You can go the other way with lower agility.

Before that 250th shot switch bows then your second bow will decrease and your main bow will stay at full. My mistake, I thought he meant the potion. I make super compost with either watermelons or pineapples. You just place 15 in the bin and close the lid then wait til they rot to get super compost. Then fill up 15 empty buckets.

You cannot make super compost, only get 1 vial from a quest. It turns a compost bin into a super compost bin. Super compost helps all your growing stuff from becoming diseased and get more results. It works on all seeds, not just herbs, btw.

I dont think there is any lvl 3 clue droppers in multi-combat.

I have yet to do the quest, but the Tip.It guide mentions only getting another penguin suit.
