  1. I saw it briefly before my retirement... In reality, people don't swing a pickaxe like it's a 2 ton anvil. They really ought to tweak it's dramatic motions a bit.. Just have the character standing, swing it from behind his shoulder, hit the rock, quickly heft it back up (not do a full spin up and over), and swing again. :P
  2. I understand your reasoning of putting a money drain in F2P. However, Construction is one of the main bonuses for P2P, so it's unlikely that any of it (no matter how big or small) will be converted. I could be wrong, though. None of us thought we'd get the Party Room. : I'd suggest some sort of minigame perhaps, that would be P2P and F2P. This minigame would require a hefty price to play/get items for. Not quite sure yet what kind of game it would be, but it's a basic idea you can work off of. :)
  3. Oi, you're gonna get flamed... :XD:
  4. I know about the thread. Just FYI, the maker of the thread actually supports mofr F2P bank space. : She made the thread to gather all of the well made arguments in one place so people could respond to them easier. It's not really a counter thread, like the Tip.It news says...
  5. Gratz on the Hot Topic, Lauren. :)
  6. Rofl, not when I really start hammering them. ;) UPDATE!: The length of the rallies has been reduced to 90 minutes, do to certain issues I have irl. Everything else is the same in the rally information, though. See you all at the next rally! :)
  7. It's a shame that Runescape couldn't be like this. The graphics are could use a little work, but they're amazing nonetheless. Imagine pking, and castlewars... :XD:
  8. They've been late before. : The last time they were late with an update, it took them about a week before they finally posted it.
  9. Amazing.. It's about bloody time they dished up some clan support.
  10. The main point I'm trying to make is: How many more poll options are there that aren't game related? I mean honestly.. They say they're going to give F2P a poll every three weeks. How many topics that aren't game related can their be? They've used up all of the possible questions about memberships and such.. So what else is there? It's just a pretty stupid idea in the long run. :|
  11. Rofl, Jagex are a bunch of money hoars tbh. Trying to get more members is all they do anymore... It's sad how they changed since RSC.
  12. This is a direct quote from a recent update: One must wonder, what's the point of these Free Player Polls? Jagex clearly said that Free Players "will not be able to vote in anything that directly affects the content of the game "... So what exactly is it we're going to be voting about every third week that they have a Free Player's poll, eh? I'm amazed at the shere stupidity of Jagex's thinking on this matter. So only members can vote about game content? LOL. Have they noticed that F2P takes up the vast majority of the Runescape population? I find that hilariously funny. I can't wait to see what our next poll is... "Why do you play Runescape?" Oh no wait, that's related to the game.. Hold on -- "What's your favorite type of pie?". Now that's more like it. Seriously... What exactly is Jagex thinking when they make these idiotic statements? Before you post, please read the following quote of a post I made:
  13. People that aren't observant enough to let themselves die three times by a random are more than likely AFK -- which is against Jagex rules.
  14. Lol. : There isn't a very good solution for gp farmers other than reporting them. However, bots are a problem, and this is a very small solution to an unknown percent of them. It wouldn't hurt normal players, so what's the risk?
  15. LMFAO! and yet again you still want MORE when you were given an update.. I started this campaign a year ago, when I was still actively playing Runescape. Do you honestly think I would have just said "Oh, I decided to retire, so go ahead and lock this 100 page topic.. I don't care anymore"? I finish what I start.
  16. I'll try to fix that problem first thing tommarow. I'm glad you noticed it. :)
  17. I have posted the pictures I took. Enjoy. :)
  18. Why is it I'm constantly having to repeat myself in every bloody thread I make... I know that some macroers run from randoms! And I'm betting that most of the "macroers" you see running from randoms are in fact gp farmers. They are two entirely different things.. And so what if 95% of macroers run away from randoms? There's still that 5% that would be affected. Every little bit helps... I'd also like to ask where exactly you pulled your little statistic from... Did you just pick a random number and decide to go with it, and try to sound smart? Give me some rock hard evidence of what percentage of macroers are programmed to run away from randoms.
  19. There were about 13 people who came at the start in the outfit. Once we headed out, we got quite a few randoms to join in.
  20. Only if a pmod comes and threatens to mute anyone should you stop. A jmod you should deffinately quiet down for. But if a pmod just comes and says "Wow..", then you're more than welcome to continue the rally.
  21. He said he was putting in a word for us. He's on our side. ;) I'll try to get all of my pics up tommarow.
  22. Yes, we did a crazy train. The rally is OVER! I'm having to cut it short due to issues I need to attend to. To everyone that attended, I thank you. It was a good start for the weekly rallies. I hope to see you all (and more) at the next rally.
