  1. I dunno, pigfarming 24/7? Could actually be really productive, not to mention the oppertunity to surprise your guests with glow in the dark porkchops :P
  2. Ehrm... nice first post? Really, you could try giving us just a liiiiiiiitle more information, like what site you were browsing. A higher resolution pic would be nice too... Remember, this is OT. As silly as it may seem, only *you* can answer life's great questions.
  3. No, the prince was blonde in the first two PoP games (although he wore a blue turban in the second).
  4. It might also be some sort of magnetic interference if it's a CRT monitor. See if there's any kind of magnet within two or three feet from your monitor. Two other things you might want to try is degaussing and restoring factory settings. Both can be done with the buttons your monitor should have somewhere along the front or side.
  5. Also, this isn't Prince of Persia 3. 1 and 2 were 2D platformers that were initially PC-only but later released on several consoles. Part 3 is a mediocre 3D version that was only marginally succesful. Ubisoft released parts 4, 5 and now 6, which is the one you're talking about. Sands of Time, Warrior Within, The Two Thrones, since they don't count by numbers anymore. Don't you youngins know anything? :P Anyway, I might check this game out once I have the money, or once Ubisoft decides to downprice it, which is something they're surprisingly good at. It looks interesting enough, although I really think they're taking the whole darkening the atmosphere again a little too far. It worked out for Warrior Within, although I could have done without the all too graphic combat scenes, but while WW had some great settings like the big clockwork tower, I somehow doubt TT will live up to it.
  6. *eats his words* I got confused with another album I guess, sorry :?
  7. Trust me, at your height and posture, you're scary enough without the beard :P
  8. Meh, Roadrunner doesn't really do it for me as a label, only a few good bands on there, and if I want to listen to those bands I'd just get their albums, not some compilation album where they're lined up with some of the more talentless bands the label has to offer.
  9. A greatest video game ever competition might have to be devided up into different time frames, since the increased technological capabilities of the pc's and consoles constantly change. For example:[*:1qri83a3]SNES/Sega Saturn [*:1qri83a3]Playstation/Nintendo 64 [*:1qri83a3]Playstation 2/Gamecube/X boxFitting pc games in there would go by the years of each time frame.
  10. Thanks, one of the advantages of education in classical languages is that it's never too hard to find a name for something. Muri = Latin for rats, polis = Greek for city :P
  11. *laughs like a Tipitian* You fail at tags but you win at humour :P
  12. Love you too honey...
  13. Meh, I guess it was funny, but it's been posted often enough...
  14. Meh, what's there to say? He was obviously insane... And I doubt him being 'goth' has anything to do with it, no matter how hard the article tries to make it seem that way...
  15. Well, declined because my story didn't fit their happy little world...
  16. Nothing, it's a lamely rephrased ctrl+v'd joke that everybody and their dog has seen by now...
  17. Therion - Typhon (From the Lemuria album). The musical equivalent of a swift kick in the pants that sets the mood for the entire album.

Please tell me you won't homeschool him too...
  19. Wasn't there a sticky for this somewhere?
  20. Cleaining the toilets on a campsite. The point where I was cleaning fish guts out of a drain pipe with my bare hands is pretty much the point where my adolesence hit rock-bottom.
  21. I don't know, maybe you should read up on 'gurls'? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gurl http://www.answers.com/Gurl http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=Gurl
  22. Ugh, Big Brother, one of the few times I'm not proud to be Dutch
  23. Complete and utter... *insert several words that would at least get me temp-banned here* If only because it would be 06-06-06, but also because because there's a shift of nearly a month from the transition from the Julian to the Gregorian calender, and the fact that it's only 2006 on the western calendar, while it would be a completely different year on for example the Jewish calendar and several Lunar calendars. Even if you would go by 'our' calendar, there's still the fact that some people think that the missed days that weren't counted during the Julian calendar would account for as much as seven years of inaccuracy on the Gregorian calendar which we follow now.
  24. Meh, I just listen to my usual winamp playlist...
