  1. Well I will hopefully be getting members over the next few days and I want to know what you think the first things I should do are? My stats are: 60 Att 59 Str 50 Def 54 Range 47 Prayer (50 Banked) 50 Mage (60 Banked) 50 Crafting (60 Banked) 25 Mining (Hate it) 20 Smithing 46 Fishing 53 Cooking (74 odd banked) 42 Firemaking 44 Woodcutting I also have around 10M in my bank, alond with 2 sets of Full Rune, and some other misc stuff (Runes, 110K arrows, Logs etc) I am mainly focusing on combat, but eventually I want all skills to 60+. Alos please don't flame my stats, my main was hacked a few months ago, and I had to start again from scratch. I am mainly looking for quests or activities which I should do as an introduction to members... I am thinking of doing the following quests relitivly quickly, for the use of the equipment that it unlocks: Monkey Madness Lost City Fremmy Trails Anything else you would advise?
  2. The best way by far is to type in proper English, that way people won't ignore you, taking you to be mildly mentally [developmentally delayed]ed. Rather they will bother to help you... Bottom line. If you can't be bothered to put any effort into your post, and make it look half decent, then people won't take time out of their lives to help you.
  3. Gratz on 70 Ranged and 61 Mage, I will hopefully see you on sometime over the next few days, but I can't play too much till this friday (2 week break ftw  ) Anyway, good luck at the Mage Arena, hopefully you will get some more crazy leveling in and get bones to peaches soon...
  4. Deffinatly a Zammy Book, +8 Range Bonus and it is Replacable if you die, which is always nice...
  5. No, just no... I would recommend the following places: 21-40: Men in the Hut in Edgeville (Try and get 30+ Att, Str and Def) 40-60: I personally trained on Lvl 12 Minotaurs, they spawn fast and drop a lot of Iron arrows (Sell for 20ea or Use to level up Range) + at 30+ Def they will rarely hit you 60-70: I would Dragon Slayer around here, it can be done earlier, but at this level it is quite easy. Train on Hobgoblins on the Penynsula by the Crafting Guild 70-80: I like the Deadly Red Spiders in Karamja, however if you also want decent drops you could continue to train on Hobgoblins. Moss Giants are an option but take a lot of food, and some Runes for High Alching. 80-90: Stay at Hill Giants in my Opinion. There is a nice spot on Crandor which is realitivly uncrowded (less crowded than under Varrock) DO NOT train Melee on Lesser Demons untill you are level 90-100+ with a good def lvl, otherwise they are very poor to train on, as they have a high def lvl and hit realitivly high. It is alway better to train on monsters which don't hit you oftn, as you wil make less trips to the bank, speeding up training...
  6. Yea that is Generally what I do, keep North up unless I need to look in a certain direction...
  7. I have been wondering for a while what you guys do with your Mini Map/Screen Direction while you are playing. Personally I always have my Map/Screen facing the same way, if it is facing a different direction I will get disorientated and lost. So do you do this? Or do you change the way the screen is facing depending on where you are?
  8. I usually do 10 runs at a time and i can make 750k just from runes and bolts when im unlucky so thats an average of 75k per run. Each run takes me around 10 mins so it is definately a better money maker than green dragons. Wow, is that 75K pure profit? Or is it 75K minus expendables like food and pots?
  9. Santas chronically fall at christmas. Much. Sorry for the double post, but are you sure about this? From what I have heard (Albeit I'm not an expert) they jump up significantly just before X-mas (week before), then drop back down to their "stable" price afterwards...
  10. What does that have to do with anything  Anyway like I said before. I would only trade your "mini-rares" for a White Phat if you will still have enough money to cover you for things you may need (Barrows Repairs, Food, Pots and any items you might want/need). Otherwise you could be forced to sell the only rare you have, rather than maybe one santa, had you kept the "mini-rares"... Also with the "Mini Rares" , because you have so many of them, you will be covered, should one rapidly slump in price. However as someone said (may have been you lol), when the Phat's rise in price, they do it in larger incraments (sp?). Either way you can't really go wrong, as in the long term you will make a good amount of "interest" on whichever rare/s you choose. I think it basically comes down to whether you want the status of a phat, of the "security" of the "mini rares...
  11. Hmmm tough question. If I got muted right now, then no, I would abandon my main and get working on my Pure, however if I got muted at 110+ cmb with a decent total level then yes, I would pobably keep playing, although it would be very tough...
  12. That is rediculous, you really shouldn't be doing barrows... I would say that I have a mixed bag when it comes to luck. Worst thing that ever happened to me was when I lagged out and got kiled by an evil chicken, losing around 10K of stuff. However recently I lagged out during a Drunken Dwarf random, with around 1M worth of runes in my invt, however for some reason when I logged back in the Dwarf was gone and I had like 10HP left...
  13. I will be there for sure, despite the fact that my account sucks  Also, are pures able to come in full Iron?
  14. And how does it compare to Killing green Dragon's? Mainly in terms of a regular income. I know that you can make millions from one object in the Barrows, however when you average it out are you making better money than other forms Also, I think it belongs in this forum, as I meant for this to be more of a disscussion, but if I am wrong then could a mod move it?...
  15. Sure, Phats are nice as something which shows status, however I would prefer many smaller Rares due to their practicallity. For example lets just say you needed Full Guthans and a Whip, but only had Rare/s in your bank. With a number of smaller Rares, you could keep the Majority of them, and sell maybe one Santa in order to get the cash you needed. However if you have a White Phat, then you will need to sell that, meaning you either have to go through the hassle of buying a new one (most likely for more than you sold for), or you no longer have a rare, which means you lose out on the possible rises they will experience...
  16. Wow  I couldn't make one bit of sense out of that...
  17. I am just curious as to how well Barrows works as the "main" money maker for any of you who use it as your prime source of Income (do the items/runes outweigh the expendable items you use like food/runes/arrows etc). I am also curious as to what Prayer Level you think is required in order to do barrows with no prayer pots? Thanks
  18. I'm going to go ahead and say that Onyx Tipped Bolts are the most uncommon item in Runescape, period. I mean who would waste that much Tokkul/Money on an Onyx Gem, only to then turn it into some worthless bolts :?
  19. I will give you a Job fishing Trout and Salmon for me, PM me if you are interested... RSN: Xc3ssiv
  20. With cooking gauntlets? No, you stop burning Lobbies at Lvl 68 with Gauntlets
  21. I am not sure that this is the right forum, but I posted in the Price Check thread in Falador Square and was told that that was the wrong place. I am just wondering if anyone could give me their estimates on how long it will take Santa Hat's to get to the following prices, even rough guesses are fine. 40M 50M 60M I have tried to find out previous prices to try and make an estimate, but I couldn't find any old threads of people selling them... Thanks
  22. I think it would settle around 4-5M, the same as a Fury. It provides similar bonuses, looks cool, and is relitivly rare...
  23. Some random asked me to be friends, when I say no they call me a "noob" and tele  That is probably my pet peeve on Runescape, people who you havn't even talked to, asking to be friends
