Other way around, 2 months=4 hours. 12 months in a year, 24 hours in a day.

:o :( I see your point, and I did promise to stick to realism. In my defense, I did have Russian troops also at my aid. You're right though, I have been spending alot. Even for the richest country around. I withdraw my LAART research for now. I will however do it again in a few years when I have more money. The fresh Argentian troops will replenish those in Mozambique, as the others are going to be released back to Argentina any day now. Russian troops are free to leave as they please, but are asked to please deposit their weapons in Zimbabwe first. I am reluctant to hear that you've declined my offer to join COIN. I call on the EC for military aid if Brazil happens to attack my collony (which I am having a hunch may just happen). East Zimbabwe is now slowly being converted into an agricultural field. Should be complete in a year or so. Fair enough, I won't question you beating mozambiques army mostly do to their extremely antiquated technology, as long as you had proper support from your allies. Also, who are you allied with at this point, I've lost track. Also, for that matter, can everyone post all of their public alliances, it's hard to keep track of. I'm in a defensive pact with all of the former SAR, and am partnered with Norway with our space project.

No offense mate, but how are you funding all this. If you combined the populations of luxembourg, and zimbabwe, you'd still have only about 14 million people, even with all the population increases you've had. Even exporting diamonds, that might net you up to a billion a year MAX, and the combined gdp's of luxembourg and zimbabwe is like 43 billion. And that's the gdp, not how much you actually have available to spend. You only have what taxes give you, which is much less than that. Lets say you get 10 billion, you still have to spend most of that on maintaining your country, education etc. Plus, Mozambique's army is stronger than luxembourg and zimbabwe's combined. Even with borrowed troops from argentina (was that it?) you'd have no chance of defeating Mozambique. Then you magically start building a helicopter type thing shaped like a republic gunship with more firepower than your entire army. Oh, and Brazil does not join COIN at this point.

They would fall apart rather quickly due to muscular decay from running around. They would be more dangerous, but would become immobile rather quickly. The movie dawn of the dead (2004) had zombies like that. Dawn of the dead zombies didn't require headshots for kills though, which is always nice. Makes a katana the best melee weapon to use. I think it did. I can't remember though.

Railguns are practical for getting things into orbit at best.

I got you the eurofighter schematics for a good deal, how about hooking me up with those raptor schematics?

China said that he wanted to retire. EDIT: Ninja'd

The basic technology is already there for propulsion, we're just greatly improving upon it, and making it safer. I think we should be able to fund most of the research, as, in the long run it could give us a profit with fusion reactors, we're willing to put out as much as we can without going into debt, however, which is at the moment, around 112 billion USD. That should fund atleast half our side of the project, if not all of it.
-
Yeah, that's how it works. Also all values are in USD.
-
It may cost even more than $300 billion. But to put things in perspective, in pre-game times, the US made nearly 15 trillion a year, China 4 and a half trillion, Japan made almost 5 trillion, Russia made 1.7, and Brazil clocks in at 1.6 trillion. Norway makes around 500 billion a year as well (pre-game). Since the game's started I would estimate that brazil's gdp is closing in on 2 trillion, or has just reached it. With the boost in price with Nopec, I imagine Norway makes atleast 550 now. If we can get all of these countries to donate 50-100 billion, the project will be very plausible. The construction and research of propulsion systems will probably take place in Brazil or on one of our colonies. EDIT: and for china, how about this. A new leader has taken over that cannot be overthrown, and who cuts all ties with people made in this game. He continues trading with countries that he traded with in real life. This way, the world economy won't be destroyed.

As per this article, Argentina, Canada, India, and Norway can all produce Heavy Water. So if you didn't know about it and you're leader of those countries, bam, there you go ;) Ok, I'll just assume norway will make it for me since they are our partners. Can you work any of that research magic on who can produce tritium?
-
We have our own similar project, though it's a bit more secretive. We just figure if someone has the facilities to produce them, it would be easier than spending several years building our own facilities.
-
I'm not sure of Norway's current needs in this product, but the things Brazil needs for our half of the project is the chemicals Deuterium, and Tritium. I suggest people look these up. They cost a lot to make, and Brazil currently does not have the facilities to make them. If anyone could supply us with these would be paid very well. This could also lead the way for fusion power plants.

The Norway-Brazilian space project is accepting donations. Research would benefit all of mankind, not just our countries. We are currently working on self sustaining modules, and hyper-advanced propulsion systems. In similar news, brazil has launched a satellite for military purposes, as well as a gps one for civilian. We are also working on developing a HVR satellite.
-
What calibers etc. are the guns? Why is the LPR "advanced"? For now I'll keep my snipers using SVD's and Barrets.
-
While Norway has been working on the living modules, Brazil has been been researching a variety of thrusters to allow faster space travel throughout our system. 300,000 men have been removed from reserve, and moved to law enforcement or similar jobs in order to our increase our budget. We have hired several researchers from the Daedalus project from the late 20th century to work with us on this project.

I know exactly how you feel. When I was younger I got locked in a *very* small bathroom with 3 of them (the door was stiff and I was too weak to open it), they were all large and fluffy, one white and two brown. :ohnoes: Imagine that with 20+ then you'll know some of the bathrooms on campsites I've been to. Welcome to my room. I have atleast 25 in there right now. I have a lot of black lights, which they're attracted to, so they find ways in. Also, to quote my mom "It's not that bad, spiders are eating a lot of them". Fuu-

Double post probably, but here's the list from page 15. I'm not in the mood to go through 20 pages and have to read through all annexations. Add your name to the list or update it if needed. I'll make a map once I get this list done. I'll post the list every two pages so people see it. That's what I thought, but you had SAR in your sig so I went with that. Fix'd
-
Technically it's just Brazil, the SAR was disbanded. Though Brazil made up a good 2/3's of the SAR, so it's not a huge difference. No worries, I almost did that at first. No big deal.
-
A breast with holes in it, with parasitic plants growing in the holes. Sort of.
-
EDIT: No longer an issue
-
I don't think we want this turning into a zombie game, so unless you decide to change your mind on all that, brazil would be moving 300,000 troops to secure the southern border, and then three aircraft carriers would be stationed off the coasts, bombing the living hell out of all infested zones.

It kinda creeps me out because I imagine it happening to me, even though it's impossible.
