That would be hard to keep at high quality for the forums limits, and also all frames on the animation in game would make it easier to make a sig

Tutorials? Why not just use English ones?

Alot depends on what you start with. Overall, PS is better, but harder to learn, and is also more expensive.

A border works wonders for sigs. The text is good, but doesn't fit the background color. And the background is plain. Find some tutorials and mess around to get better effects.

Its not much of a space scene until you add stars and other space like objects

http://www.pinoy7.com has tutorials for PSP 7, but they also work for PSP 8

Its pretty good, I just don't think the font goes very well with it

Add a border to the background, and a stroke to the text. Also, your sig is too large. It can be 300x150 at the most. Yours is 50px too wide

You should add a border and pick a better color to go with the background color

I think that they are both great. Perhaps make the F flash a little brighter?

I can see what you were going for, but its not as well executed as it could have been, especially the area that goes furthest into the water

The text is barely visible, but the background doesn't look too bad (just dark)

Chris, if you color in sketches, you should clean up the lines more. Great job on the final version
