  1. We're all related to the great apes as well, so that's why I laugh at people who look down on animals.
  2. < Your forum name is 'Greedy' < You're complaining about how F2P is treated. < Implying that Members are [wagon]. Hmmm..... Nah, JK.
  3. They're just jealous because they're poor.
  4. I don't think the military is on their side. They could have been a coup d'etat if the military was truly backing the rebels.
  5. Your native flora and fauna would eventually finish you guys off.
  6. How much land could the ash impact?
  7. Out of your group, who's still playing?
  8. It'd be interesting to see a system like that. I've played an MMO with a pvp system that involved a lot of micromanaging of combat moves, special moves, and maneuvers in order to stay alive. That would probably be too radical for Runescape, though. Runescape's not really meant to be a hardcore game. Anyway, what if defense was temporarily reduced while you were running? That way someone could whack you with their sword and have a better chance to hit you as you fled (with the idea that someone is less capable of blocking attacks as he's running). Also, I'm not against blending all skills into combat somehow, but certain skills don't seem to fit at all into a PvP scenario.
  9. She climaxed and sprayed her green goo all over my troops. It was GLORIOUS. Thanks for the help, guys. :)
  10. Also as long as I aggro the defilers, they will attack me and not the archers, nor will more defilers be able to spawn? Also should 3 prayer pots be enough?
  11. Should I use a rune defender or some sort of shield? Also, is protect from mage or melee better?
  12. Thanks, guys. So you'd recommend a tortoise for storing rocktails over a kyatt?
  13. I died during my first attempt after getting her almost to a red bar. The reason for this was that I screwed up a spec during her special attack and ran out of Saradomin brew. Before I go back, I want to know a few things so that I waste as little supplies as possible. I am a level 132 (all 99 combat except for prayer, summoning, and range. No access to turmoil or soil split, and I have too low Herblore for the new potions) with very limited wealth due to not playing for years. I have less than 2m cash to my name due to me quitting and squandering my cash on my house and then destroying my house to prevent myself from coming back. I don't really have the time to grind up cash. My inventory consisted of: -120 Ambush scrolls (Kyatt) -3 prayer potions(4) -10 Saradomin brews(4) -5 super restore potions(4) -rest of inventory rocktails I was wearing: -Neitiznot helm(e) -Black dragonhide top -Black dragonhide chaps -Amulet of glory -Dragon boots -Rune Defender -Korasi's sword (of course...) -Dark/barrows gloves I used protect from melee prayer and piety and used a kyatt's special attack to get extra damage on the Pest Queen. Five questions: - Should I replace all rocktails with saradomin brews? - Is there a better Saradomin-super restores ratio that I can use for this fight? - I heard that you can go back to the Pest Queen after death and finish where you left off. Is this true? I tried doing it (respawned in Camelot) and teleported to Falador and talked to Sir Tiffy, but the fight was reset when I got there. Why? Did my soldiers and archers die while I was away, or did teleporting to Falador reset the fight? - What do you do when you run out of Special Attack meter (you used it only when needed)? - I noticed that she used her special once and it only killed the melee soldiers but left my archers unharmed. Does this mean that I can just run away from her when the special discharges and prevent the high damage to myself and my archers still be unharmed? Thanks.
  14. Typically I vary my attitude from game to game. Sometimes I'm an [wagon]. Sometimes I'm the kind guy that I really am. When I'm an [wagon], it's typically because the game is very political/PvP oriented, so I have to insult them in order to distract them during combat/make them angry and say too much (e.g. give me vital intel on accident). If someone insulted me, I'd just take some of my own medicine, really. I'm used to treating others that way in some communities, so it's only fair that the same happens to me from time to time. In Runescape it's pretty easy to ignore people, but it can be harder in other games that lack an ingame ignore list. For those situations, I just have to walk away/leave the chat because I know anger can make people do stupid [cabbage]. Although if you were standing by me ingame, in a PvP zone, and started insulting me, I would outright kill you if I knew I could.
  15. Yeah, I remember you too. :v
  16. I left Sodom. AD is thoroughly neutralized for the time being.
  17. What's your avatar supposed to be?
  18. Needs some gore. Blood gushing out of a jugular vein, intestines, etc. Anyway it's a shame that the game isn't actually like what the trailer suggests. It'd actually make a pretty kickass game. A bit of a ripoff of WoW and every other fantasy MMO, though.
  19. Keep in mind that even with such a large land area, the population is very small.
  20. This is a creepier song IMO: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ST2H8FWDvEA
  21. I'm not sure. I'm buying a new monitor because I haven't used a desktop in years. The monitors that I was looking at were hi-definition and an the 20"+ range.
  22. Well, I was hoping to purchase the computer in a week or so. Do you know when the new sandy bridge comes out for Dell or HP? (Right now I'm having to use an old notebook with 1GB of RAM and 1.50 GHz processor, so it's obviously not meeting my needs. The sooner, the better.) What's the difference between i5 and i7 processors? I remember a friend telling me that some programs can't handle i7 and that there really wasn't too much of a difference between the two. For graphics, the ATI Radeon series is a better choice than the NVIDIA GeForce? As far as gaming, I'm looking for something that won't cause me to lag a lot while playing and has good-looking graphics. I also like to have a couple windows (because I multi-log) open for certain games. Also, graphic design is sort of a hobby that I'm picking up (although I'm a biology major), and I'm pretty proficient in Photoshop. I'm not sure how much I'll get into video-editing, though.
  23. Hey. I'm purchasing a new desktop PC for gaming and Photoshop and have a budget of $1000. Preferrably, I'm looking for a desktop PC in the price range of $700-800 so I can also afford to purchase Photoshop CS5. I'm looking for something that can support the following: -Multitasking -Online Gaming -Good Graphics and Photoshop I know I can get everything that I want cheaper by assembling it all myself with purchased parts, but I don't really have the skill or patience to assemble the computer (nor do I know anyone that would be willing to help me).
