Fatties Can't Fight?
My school actually doesn't want us to bring "outside food" into the school.

What would the world be like without the United States?
Well, it was successful, but that was only because the French government largely hated the British (and English) so much that they were willing to divide the Empire. It's a great plan.... Help the English colonists revolt and win the civil war, and then the British Empire will start to crumble. Ironically, it helped to spark the French Revolution.

Well, I think some aspects of the EEC/EU are great, such as the fact that it makes another great European war unlikely, but I believe that it should remain more of a loose association in which nations cooperate rather than a political and economic union. (I know the EU isn't a political union yet, but it certainly seems to be heading in that direction...)

Well, one of the major flaws of the Tory's cap is that 80% (I think that's what Clegg said) of Britain's immigration is from the EU, and therefore we MUST accept that 80%. So Cameron's cap will not even affect 3/4 immigrants coming in to Britain, however Clegg will try to spread out the current immigrants and future immigrants via regional system, whislt also tightening border control to stop more illegals. Well, couldn't you guys just pull out of the EU? I honestly don't see what the benefit of the European Union is to the United Kingdom anyway. They just want to mix every culture together into one 'European' identity. It's better for you guys to pull out why you can and maintain your sovereignty... and your dignity.

It's not that the area would be unpopulated, the Spanish would have conquered it as well. You'd just have 4 or so smaller countries instead. What about New France and Louisiana? So pretty much the point is that it was never colonized by the English, or that the English colonists never fought for independence, or what? There are so many factors in this discussion... 1. Do we even colonize North America? 2. If yes, did we just colonize Canada instead of the Thirteen Colonies? 3. Did the Thirteen Colonies exist? If they did, did we fight for independence? 4. If we fought for independence, did we lose? Yeah...

The Liberal policy makes sense. From what I have heard, the Labour immigration policy has just led to overpopulation in some areas (specifically SE England). From my perspective, it doesn't make sense to have an Open Door policy for an island anyway.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/8655651.stm This is what the terrorists want. They want us to be fat. They want us to not be able to catch them.... I agree. The obesity rate is alarming. Personally, my school sells snacks during lunchtime, and they allow people to purchase "double fries" and then plaster the fries with chili and cheese fondue while simultaneously purchasing two ice cream sandwiches and Poptarts. It's disturbing.

Hegemony
Nah. I still use the Union Jack (for Britannia). Although, my political system is complex, and I haven't really decided what I should do for a flag that represents the entire Commonwealth. I thought about using the Union Jack for everything since it is basically just a Second British Empire, although a little less formal. For right now, the Greater Commonwealth of Britannia does not have a special flag, but the Nordic branch of the Greater Commonwealth does. It uses the original English flag with the white dragon against a red background. [hide=Commonwealth of Britannia (British Isles and dependencies)][/hide] [hide=Greater Commonwealth of Britannia (Nordic Branch)][/hide] Then each constituent nation retains its own flag... [hide=Ireland (United)][/hide] [hide=Scotland][/hide] [hide=England][/hide] [hide=Denmark][/hide] [hide=Iceland][/hide] [hide=Norway][/hide] The Lord Protector uses his own personal flag, which is the Commonwealth coat of arms against a white background. =P~ Now for something random....

Could someone please color in the Falklands pink for me? I would do it, but the map lags my computer to where it takes 20 minutes to do a simple edit... (That map is weird. :|)

The Commonwealth signs the Europa Doctrine, which guarantees that Europe will remain in European hands. Likewise, we step up efforts in order to reestablish the Concert of Europe, which will allow greater cooperation between European powers.
