I know I am going to get flammed for this but... You arn't "luring" the player, you are luring a NPC So how is that scamming at all? I remember somewhere jagex said something about its luring if you lie about the items you are giving. Edit: "Am I lieing to others for my own personal gain?" no you are not so are you sure that answer was right? =/ kind of stupid imo

for a pker, why get 99mage? highest you need is 94 why not get 99 range instead?

everyone is assuming that every one pking in f2p is f2p Most of the high lvls are all p2p.

But, i think that usually it's people that p2p but just want to go f2p pking.
