Right now the price for gold bars at the Grand Exchange is 210 gp - 221 gp, not 150 gp. So you're barely breaking even on the ruby bracelets and losing even more on the diamond ones. For emeralds, they go like this: Current Average GE Price for Emmys: ~500 gp Gold Bar: 210 gp Cosmic: 150 gp Nature: 270 gp Alch braclet: 915 gp Lost: -215 gp An overall good guide if people are willing to lose money for exp, but you really should check up on prices. ;) 7/10

Cooking gauntlets only affect the burning rates of tuna, lobsters, and sharks. Monkfish aren't affected by the gauntlets at all.

If you ever add things in about the knight training grounds, put in that you ARE able to take food in. I beat all the knights with a couple restore pots and an inventory of food. \ I was using tuna though (it's what I had at the time), so using sharks probably makes it even easier. : and NO, you do not lose anything when you die in the waves, but for some reason, when I beat the waves, I came out with the amount of hit points and reduced stats that I had when I won...wierd. :shock:
