I would just use the highest of each seed. Mages,Palms,Calquats,etc. As that would cost lots of money you could plant snaps while you wait. I am a bit low on money so I just rotate: 200 Snap seeds,100 papayas,125 maples. 200 Snaps 200 Snap seeds,100 papayas,125 maples. It'll take a little while longer but at least I'm not losing my whole bank. Good luck on your goal. Hopefully we both will have the level later on. As for the prices, I would just search around forums. They can vary a lot depending on how many of each.

Welcome to Tip.it! I've given a couple mil worth of stuff to friends. Also when I don't feel like selling an item I just drop it for everyone to rush towards it. Makes you feel good. :D
