Not to crush his dreams or anything, but what professional company would actually buy a game from a 13 year old kid?

Please do not use the "noob word", some of us a tif do not respect use of that word. Haha! It's a shame that word is actually used around here. It's annoying enough when playing a game but I do have to admit, it was used quite well.

That's a good thing though.. I get tired of those games I can beat in two days and never play again.

When I first got it I thought that's all I've have to do. But since it's a cheap board I would have to drill new holes since they put on the binding in at an angle so it can't be changed from regular to goofy. So if I switched the bindings around it would still be in regular stance.

Happy Birthday ;) I used to skate when I was younger. I wasn't very good (best trick was a double kickflip, and the second one was because I didn't put my feet back on the board quick enough :P). I always wore Vans and I don't think Nike made skate shoes when I skated (~5 years was the last time I skated). Oh and I skated goofy too : I got a snowboard for Christmas (a pretty cheap one) and I have to take it back because I can't switch the feet things to goofy instead of regular :(

Then you run the risk of dieing and leaving your family to fend for themselves. Plus you're taking a human life, which (as humans) we value over the lives of animals. Also, just because you join the Army doesn't mean you get to kill anything. Your country has to be at war and you have to go through training before you're off. This is from another thread, but one of the things I'd like to do before I die is fight in a war. I think hunting would be quite fun so following your thinking, I should have a jolly time killing humans. It won't be so bad after I get the mentality that if I don't shoot them, they'll shoot me..

I don't think the Sun will never grow to the size of Antares. It will be long gone before it could ever reach that size. However it will become much larger. After destroying everything in it's path (including the Earth) while becoming a red giant, it will remain there for billions of years, then collapse into a white dwarf. But I doubt it will ever reach the size of Antares.

That's what it was like with me. Now that I have my license I'm just not allowed to drive either of my parents cars, and my dad won't fix mine :roll: My parents put my car in storage for the winter (sports car + snow = bad) so I have to drive my mom's Jeep Grand Cherokee when I want to go places :( What makes it so bad is there hasn't been any snow here yet!

I hated speaking in front of people when my voice was changing. What made it even worse it my voice changed twice. The second time was when I was 15 so none of the other guys sounded funny and I got picked on but it was mostly just playfully from friends/family. I actually never realise how deep my voice was until I heard it on a video and was quite surprised. But you don't need to feel bad about not having your voice change yet. I've seen 14/15 year old freshman who still have their high pitched voice ;) Those are the guys who get made fun of.. Ever heard a )white) freshman male with a high pitched voice try to act like he's a "gangsta"? It's halarious. :XD:

Last year (my freshman year) we only had to do one big speech for English. We were allowed to choose any subject we pleased so I found something I believed and went with it. My subject was how Wal-Mart was harming the U.S. My speech had to be 5 minutes long with a slide show. I had it all done up nicely and I had even timed myself to be sure the speech was at least 5 minutes and I was about 30 seconds over. Of course I got nervous and ended up doing the speech in 2 minutes and 30 seconds -.- I ended up with a C overall.

Just wondering.. What was your total amount of gameplay time? :ohnoes: I'll say about 80... -cries- only half way there.. *sniffle* 1/4 of the way there..

Gratz. I never liked having my permit because I had to drive with my dad and he liked to yell at me.. Now I've got my license and he still likes to ride with me and yell at me -.- Have fun, learn well, don't crash. :thumbsup:

I consider a lot of people friends, but I go to a school with 1,700 other students. I'm comfortable being in front of a group of my close friends, but when I'm in front of a class of 30-40 students I hardly know, I get nervous. Oh, and I'm no good with words verbally. I'm not so bad on paper though and this nice little spell checker on the Google toolbar helps me out here and there ;) Speaking of which, I want everyone who doesn't have at least somewhat decent spelling skills to download the Google toolbar and spell check your post before submitting it.

I guess more is exspected of you as you as you get older. I was 12 at the time and my teacher understood in the end. Yes, I hate talking about my work even though I know it's good. ~MAK You're lucky your work is good. Most of my work is pretty much half a*ed so it's quite embarassing presenting after a kid who's worked really hard just presented :-s #-o

I just cant help but feel that its somewhat cruel for some kids. I can see how it would be quite cruel, but it's still something we all have to do. And I need to stop being so nervous.. I'm taking speech (along with all my other English classes) next year. I had a choice between speech and acting, and I definitly won't do acting :P

I'm usually nervous when I do it but I always just suck it up and present whatever it is I need to. Refusal = F, I need good grades or my parents will kill me

Seeing as how the universe is infinite, it's not even possible to compare a galaxy to it.

Just a little something I'd like to throw in here because I was thinking about it earlier.. Without hunting (where I live) there would be a lot of car accidents and potentially many more deaths because of deer wandering onto roads. There are already a lot of deer related accidents where I live, but there would be far more if it wasn't for hunters keeping the deer population down. My point: No hunting means more deer. More deer means more car accidents. More car accidents means more deaths. Not all accidents result in death, but there is always the possibility.

I'm pretty sure the FBI could come after you right about now.. deloria's right, the FBI could and might track you done and question you + take away everything in your house that holds or can hold information. its happened to a girl who had a picture of Bush with a gun pointed at his head or something on her myspace... so be careful, and if men dressed in black suits and sunglasses knock on your door, BE AFRAID :shame: With multi-million dollar drug dealers, assasinations, insurance scams, bank robberies, organised crime I'm sure reading a java game forum is one of FBI's topmost priorities to spend resources on. The tip.it offtopic isn't even indexed by google, and I doubt they would bother registering here. I'm surprised how many people can be scared just by one extreme example like the myspace one. Not trying to scare him, just pointing that out.

I don't remember the numerous ways I've been told to get rid of them but I've found one successful way to do it. I just occupy myself with something else and before I know it, they're gone. :
