Ummmmm... Do you not read anything Jagex posts on the main page of Runescape.com? #-o And how would your trading rule stop RWT? All that'd do is make it so that people only have to wait a week after ordering money to actually complete the trade. :wall:

Others have already stated all the problems that go specifically with each of your ideas, but have left out something (except one person who eluded to it) that is very important. Writing and implementing the code to actually make this stuff happen takes quite a bit of time. Holiday updates are a great example of this in that, as stated in the guaranteed content poll for the halloween event, it takes months to create and test a reatively small area with a few npc's and things to do. Compare this to a quest, like Dealing With Scabaras, where there are dungeons and swamps, a bunch of dialogue, new monsters, new items, ect. This is why there isn't a new quest every week (and, due to the fact that they have to pay people to do all this (and programers tend to get paid quite a bit), you see another reason why f2p doesn't get very many updates).

There are also 2 chests in the scabarite dungeon the you have to loot to get notes from. Check the new map of the dungeon on Tip.It for their exact locations with the tunnels.

Yesterday was a very good day for me at the Barrows. I got a total of 5 items, 3 of which were acquired in 5 trips to the chest \ . Here is what I got:

As for how a lot of people go forever without getting the heads of stuff while others get them really fast (in you case an abby head), Bpk_Wolfen, after a couple trips to the KBD, now has 4 (that's right, 4) kbd heads. :anxious: :XD:
