  1. Username: Acenator Location of Circus: Draynor What were you wearing?: Nothing Agility Event Description: did all the non-juggling tricks; no requests were granted (they only asked for juggling  ) Agility Event Points: 719 Mage Event Description: 2x emotes (Yes, No) Mage Event Points: 81 Ranged Event Description: target lvl's 99-60, poppenjays lvl's 50-10 (failed the lvl 70 target after it was requested; forgot to look for other requests before the lvl 70 one but didn't see any afterwards) Ranged Event Points: 709 It's down to two on the mage emote and there's something going on with the ranged event. I got 80 extra points and only attempted to do the one request as far as I saw (the crowd was mostly saying "Jolly good show" or something like that). Either I did more requests than I thought or there's something preferred in there.
  2. My first, and current, car is a '95 Ford Taurus with 180,000 miles on it. The radio (randomly) quit working last year, the air conditioner sucks (I currently use the 4-down at 55 method for air conditioning ;) ), the front passenger door lock is unresponsive to the electric lock button and the lock itself practically goes into the door when you lock it, so you have to pull the handle from the inside or use the key to unlock it, and the back, left door handle is about to stop working, I think (if you don't pull up on it right where it goes into the door, nothing happens). Oh, and there's a giant dent in the front, right fender from when I deer hit it while my cousin was driving it like 6 years ago (3 days after she got her license  ). Other than all that, it runs fine and is a great car for someone like myself (if I still have it after I graduate college and start making money, I think I'll stick a giant V8 in it just for the heck of it :ugeek: ). I that car.
  3. I find that very hard to believe. If you post a response that follows the pattern of an old TV series that got a movie added to it recently, you get a cookie (playing out the whole routine will get you a plate of cookies).
  4. Banned for mentioning the ban hammer.

  6. After seeing "Jurassic Park" for the first time (I was probably like 6 or 7, maybe 8, I really don't remember), I had this dream that I was a ninja in a forest with extremely tall trees fighting T-rex's. I must say it was pretty awesome kicking a T-rex's teeth out and knocking one out with a flying side kick to the face. 8-) Another dream I've had (multiple times) started with me walking into a castle to find that the inside was a giant gymnasium with holes in the floor that were openings to an underground tunnel system filled with freezing cold water. I would then dive into the water and swim around (returning to the gym for air every now and then) until I woke up. :?
  7. Banned for quoting yourself and for being late to post twice on the same page.
  8. I am assuming you are talking about the United States' revolution, even though that has happened many times. The particular case then was slightly different because it still took a while to get across the Atlantic, and it was expensive. The Iranian revolution they aren't a part of an empire an ocean away from the leaders, they are just there. Strength usually wins. "Slightly different" is a bit of an understatement if we are to compare the current situation in Iran to the American Revolution. Not only did the British have to move across the Atlantic, but they also had other problems in Europe at the time. After Ben Franklin signed a treaty with the French in 1778, the American Revolution turned into a world war against the British with Fance and Holland entering on the side of the Americans and the Russians and pretty much the rest of Europe forming an 'armed neutrality' that was 'passivley hostile' towards the British. Sorry for the (somewhat) off-topicness, but I'm a bit of a U.S. history buff and I had to clear up this issue.
  9. It's fact, not theory. No, it's a theory. Just like the theory of evolution and the theory of gravity. Thats the beautiful thing about science, people are always free to challenge things. The idea that the earth's temperature is not constant and rose during the '90's is fact. The idea that humans caused it and that it will eventually be the end of humanity is theory. The fact of the matter is that the earth's temperature has been rising and falling since the earth was created. I would also like to note that scientists are now predicting 10-15 years of global cooling (or they were last year) and that there is a growing group of climatoligists (I think it was at about 700 to 1000 members last fall) saying that the idea of man-made global warming was a hoax. On-Topic: After having winter last into May where I live (eastern Washington (the state)) and hearing about snow in the Dakotas ~10 days ago, I'm not surprised some places are cooler than usual and, being someone who hates extreme heat (90+ F), I'm liking this mild weather (60 F is perfect, IMO). Also, for those saying their weather can change overnight. Try spending the spring/fall in Spokane, Washington. The weather tends to change about every 10 minutes (I've had it go from sunshine, to poring rain, to sunshine, to hail, back to sunshine, to snow, and back, again, to sunshine in the course of 1 hour :wall: ).

  14. Since there has been no sudden change in the supply of half wines, a sudden change in market value must be due to a sudden increase in demand. For some reason, people suddenly wants these more than they used to? You couldn't prove it by me -- I'm only interested in wieldable rares. Here's my theory: For whatever reason, it seems that all the rich merchants like having a couple items that are unbuyable on the GE due to extremely high street prices (my only guess would be the fact that these can turn into very profitable long-term investments). First it was 3rd age and, later, spirit shields, but now that those are crashing, they need something else and, from what I'm reading here, it looks like they're turning to the unwearable rares.
